I ordered on July 15th 2018 – (yes, a year ago) I am still waiting.
Despite 63 emails (yes, I saved every one and email at least once a week) saying they will refund my $$ and sorry for the inconvenience – still no ethical resolve.

Very cheaply made. The remote was broken in the box. I had no problems getting a refund. The item is not very costly and I could see getting a little fun out of it. My advice would be to spend a few more dollars and get a better quality ball.

Legitimate Company With Less Than Legitimate Policies

I purchased a ZipTrim hand held weed whacker because the ads make it look great. It's not. It is poorly made and is not durable and powerful enough to do the job of a mini weed whacker. But the item itself isn't my issue. I bought it from a site called "Grabushome.com" and their return policy is not in accordance with United State's retail standards. They used their return policy to refuse a refund stating I was over their 10 day return period to request a refund. 10 days???? That is not the US standard. It was actually at 7 days. They still would not refund my money and insisted on sending a replacement. I thought maybe the replacement would work better, but it didn't (hence my describing the ZipTrim as poorly made). I asked them to let me know how to return both items and give me a refund. Their response "we are not able to send a refund at this time". I was further angered when I found out that Grabushome.com's price is almost DOUBLE the price ZipTrim charges on it's site, $19.99!!! What a rip-off! 40% more than RRP. Until they stop hiking up the prices on things and improve their customer service and refund policy, DON'T BUT FROM THEM!

Product arrived WEEKS late, packaged in a plain plastic bag, and was severely damaged.
Despite this after 37 emails, thus awful company has requested that I post back the product at my expense.
They have consistently refused to refund my money.
They are without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them zero Stars that would be a better reflection of this company.
Stay well away. Do not spend any money with these people.

Bloody rubbish! Don't buy anything from these people. Ordered 5th July, arrived 25 September! I can't tell you if the product is any good as I have moved since and not seen it !

I have been emailing this company since July to try and return a grass trimmer which was totally useless and did not work. They are claiming I advised them of this on day 11 of a 10 day return policy ( which they apparently do not advertise as they dont get people wanting to return!) The faulty item in fact was reported 8 days after it was delivered. Emails replied to 2-3 weeks after I have raised issues have gone on to state that even if it was to be returned it needed to be unused condition?! so how do you know it is faulty? I am still pursuing and will continue to do so as this company is a disgrace and in my eyes fraudulent

I can only echo all of the reviews I have seen on this company.
I have been trying to get a refund on "Mighty Cleaner." Ordered Product Aug 8th, after a few e-mails I finally found out product was in route. Finally got it Aug 25th. I did not look at the product right away. First thing I noticed was the unlabeled sprayer. Opened product package, 2 small blue tablets. Ok, figured I would try it, did not work at all. I was expecting a labeled bottle, large white foamy tablets. I have been in touch with them since Sept 4th, asking for a full refund,and today Sept. 11th this is the answer I received:
I am terribly sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our products. However, upon checking, your order was delivered last August 25, 2018 This is to inform you that we can only accommodate return and exchange, 10 days upon delivery subsequent to the company procedures. In addition, to be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition.

This policy is not indicated in our website since we don鈥檛 usually experience this kind of concern.

We hope for your compliance in our policy.

Having bought the hand held pump, which is alleged to be an emergency power source, I was disappointed when it finally arrived. It couldn't pump up a kids paddling pool. It was incapable of holding a charge, as it is just a fan in a plastic cover. I raised a dispute with the company who kept fobbing me off. Eventually they escalated it, and having demanded a refund as the item did not match the specifications in their ad, I was informed that this was the model that they stocked, despite the ad. This company is an absolute disgrace and I would never use them again and urge you to avoid them. Shocking customer service and disgusting work ethics.

Sadly I can only echo the views already written. 8 – 10 weeks delivery and this was after I had opened a dispute with Pay Pal. The product Magic Cleaner, after it finally arrived was anything but magic, its bloody rubbish. Their returns policy, however, does not include customer dissatisfaction, and so we realise that we have been had. Take it on the chin and if anyone reads this before buying and decides not to ahead with the purchase, then maybe I can claim a minor maral victory. Goodby $25.96 USD

BEWARE. I should have known from the grammatically awkward name "Grab Us Home" that this was a foreign company (Chinese). I ordered the bras. Took almost 8 weeks to arrive and they're too small, even though I ordered my usual size. This is exactly why I don't order from Chinese companies, their sizes are so different from US sizes. And they don't tell you on the website that they are a foreign company. I've emailed them requesting instructions for returns, but I'm not hopeful as I see from the reviews here that they refuse to accept returns.

Horrible products. The bras are 3 sizes smaller than the size ordered and the cheapest possible materials. NO RETURNS. This company should not be in business. A lot of people agree with me. 92% reviews are BAD.

They are very slow in sending merchandise (bras) so slow that I emailed asking the status of the order. I received an auto-reply that a ticket was created. When the item was finally received 6 weeks after ordering, there was no invoice or receipt. When the item did not fit properly and a return procedure was requested, they were quick to reply that there was nothing they could do and would not accept a return or provide a refund. Buyer beware! Paypal payments go to Storm Media. Not a reliable company to do business with at all!

Ordered their Magic Cleaner. Sent them a number of e-mails inquiring as to the whereabouts of my order. They only sent automated responses to inquiries, which do not address your questions. Finally rec'd product after waiting for 2months.Was shipped from China. The container was less than half full. Just a chunk of white stuff in a large orange container. Apparently, the Magic Cleaner disappeared during its' 2 month journey. Sent pics to company asking for a refund. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their only response was an automated e-mail with a ticket number assigned. After a number of e-mails asking for a resolution, I have yet to hear from them. Buyer beware. I believe I've been scammed. Never again.

I've waited for 6 weeks to receive my order, last week finally i received it. This is a powerful little weed eater that is light enough for me to handle. The batteries don't last long though it take 4 hours to charge. I will change this battery.

Total scam. I never got my product and now the page is gone. You can think I shouldn't buy on internet but is the first time in 10 years I got blinded by an internet company. Watch out from Trendy Paradise. The late Grab us Home is redirecting to that site and for example, "How I track my order?" on FAQs is unavailable. I hope they burn from inside out.

I bought bras according to the companies size chart. What a fool, I was! They were very small and useless to me. I asked for a refund. Their service is pathetic. Needless to say I threw my money away. Do not buy these bras. It's a bad joke!!!!

I admit I was suckered into buying from this company. I knew I would have to wait for these supposed great bras to come in. I did wait about three weeks with no tracking and no help from the company itself. Once I got them in the bras were laughable at best. They are made of the cheapest nylon panty material with a sad cup pad that covered about half of my breast. There was no lifting or nice shape to it. I am a c cup and the cup pads barely covered half. Do not buy from this company.

Definitely do not order from this company. I purchased a battery operated strimmer as seen on Facebook and when it arrived I promptly tried it. It was absolutely useless. It wouldn't even cut a single blade of grass so I am now left with a useless product and am considerably out of pocket. I can only repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking service!! The delivery itself took 3-4weeks. The day the products arrived I tried them in and they did not fit. I emailed them immediately as they have a ten day return policy. After 4 days no response, I emailed again. It was day 6 by the time I heard anything back. They wanted to photos of the products and packaging. I was on holiday so couldn鈥檛 submit this until I was home, after the ten days. Try informed me because of this I couldn鈥檛 return items. I expressed how if they had replied in a timely manner this would have been possible. My emails were ignored for almost a week. I then contacted them via fab. To which I was given the same excuses as to why I could not return them!! I am looking at contacting citezens advice as I do not feel they are following consumer rights. Terrible experience!

Horrible! Did not deliver. My product was "On the way" for almost 7 weeks. They could not confirm a delivery date, or even when it would arrive at the delivery service. The link to the tracking information stopped working about 5 weeks in DO NOT ORDER from this company. They're theives. I have asked for a refund. I feel certain I will never see it.

I also found them (Grab Us Home.com) on facebook advertising a cleaning product I ordered and was promised a 2 week delivery, it was almost a month and then it did not come with any paperwork, any booklet or paper with instructions, any way to re-order if one should like it, no information on what is in the tablets and if they are dangerous to people with allergies, no nothing. I have contacted them at least 5 times via email and get an automated response to check at the bottom of the page at the attachments they enclosed, but there are none…they assign a # for reference that you are to use to respond and then they send the identical same thing they just sent with no response to my questions or how to use their product. This is suppose to be a household cleaner you can use in the bathroom, the kitchen everywhere in your house…they had a video that got me to order on facebook but now that is long gone. I am desperately trying to find out how to use it or return it but they do not answer…they get an F from me! I want to know if anyone else ordered this and also how we file a complaint with facebook.

GrabUsHome advertises on Facebook, which is where I was attracted to their product – three bras. I ordered it and it did not arrive for over a month. Attempts to communicate with them resulted in the same email message repeated over and over. It included a tracking number for USPS which was not activated until the product actually arrived in the USA – a month after ordering. So the tracking number posted as invalid for weeks and weeks. The messages always begin the same: 鈥淲e are very sorry. Your package is one the way. The tracking number is…the tracking number would initially show that the product was awaiting shipment in Shanghai. It was not possible to speak to the company on the phone. Customer service only communicates by Facebook Messenger or email – and ALWAYS the same message. Even after I filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund (I had long purchased what I needed elsewhere) I would receive the same messages. Beware of this company – and ANY that will not tell you how long their shipping wait time is. GrabUs Home shows as Storm Media Limited in the billing. Again – BEWARE.
