After about 3 months of writing to grabr鈥檚 鈥渃ontact support鈥?and posting a few reviews here, I finally got my money back. I am not planning to use grabr ever again. My experience with customer support was terrible: my emails were excused, or simply, ignored. Grabr began replying to me only when I posted reviews on this platform. I believe that grabr should make their customer support much more transparent, and actually helpful. Service phone numbers should be provided!! Whatever the reason, COVID, or bank account issue, that is not an excuse for withholding my money for this long!!

It's a service that helps a lot who wants to purchase items abroud. Sometimes it takes a while for the delivery, but even so, it's a great thing.

I鈥檓 using the app since december 2019 as a traveller and despite they always take their times to process the payouts it was a great app. This time I鈥檓 more than dissapointed. They still owe me a lot of money since February (that was 3 months ago) and the only response I receive is that their financial team is working on the payouts. I really don鈥檛 recommend the app at this moment for any traveller! So far I can say they have already all buyers鈥檚 money but not processing any payouts for travellers! Be carefully!

Hi,
I delivered and the buyer confirmed the item on March 15th (order number 3329830) but still Grabr hasn't send me the payment for 45 days.
Customer service keeps telling me for 30 days that they will call Financial dept to solve it and they are dealing with my case but no news yet. Is just $33.-
Is Grabr delaying a $33 payment to a customer?
Nobody at Grabr can check the order number above and click SEND PAYMENT TO CUSTOMER? Really?

From mid january i didn麓t received my money back, claimed 4 times to Grabr and received only a confirmation email but no any solution to my problem and seem to be problems of a lot tripper to receive pending payment.
More than 2 months i am waiting to get my payment and no any compromise time to solve theses problems from grabr.
I can麓t believe that a 1 first Fortune prime (in 30 year cateogry) will be alone a SCAM case.
It is not your money but mine well, you must pay shortly at all tripper concerned.

It's a scam do not use it ever. I have been following up for my payment since 3 months with hardly any concrete response on email from them. They don't pay their traveller's do beware.
Firstly, my payout was due way before March. Secondly the 8th May email is a general automated email which grabr supposedly sends to all users once in a month in response of users daily email queries. I still stand by my words, don't use grabr if this is their so called customer service.

WARNING!!!! GRABR is NOT PAYING the travelers. We use our own money to buy the products to be delivered and GRABR is supposed to pay us back. GRABR owes me over 2000.00 dollars and owes much more to other travelers. GRABR takes the buyers money and the Travelers money!!! They have repeatedly lied to us, ignored us and STOLEN from us.

I'm a traveler. I have contacted support several times getting promises of payment. My trip ended 45 days ago and still no payment received. They owe me 2.186 USD.
They already secured the money from customers, including a big cut for them, what's holding you to pay travelers?
DO THE RIGHT THING GRABR, I will change this review once I get my money back. If not, I will go through legal channels.

It's been more than a month since I delivered the goods to the buyers and got five stars review. That was the beginning of a nightmare where they don't pay, there's no way to interact with a human and all you get are automated replies about how "safe and trustworthy" is the company. As soon as I get my money back, I'll cancel my account.

Because I'm reciding in Costa Rica, I rely on Grabr to purchase items from USA. The interaction with the traveller was excellent and the delivery services were superb.

Worst experience ever. The traveler send the products to me because could not meet is busy he was. So I received my products just 14 days after the deal. The support didn鈥檛 make a thing. No longer have the app installed.

I ordered delivery of currywurst sausages and ketchup from the Volkswagen factory in Germany to Moscow. 2 people responded within 2/3 days, chose a man from Russia, he traveled by car in Europe. debited, discussed, clarified, a couple of days later, he bought everything. another 4 days later delivered directly to the house. everything is simple, clear and very convenient. Thank you to the development team and founders! Recommend)

I didn't get paid yet and has been a month already since I delivered the product. There is no phone number or way to contact a physical person. You can just send messages to support but the wont update you about the situation, they just reply to you general answers.
