Good site to earn a moderate amount of money. Earned over $35 dollars in a few weeks time. The money was sent quickly to my pay pal account email. The earnings were primarily made from the your surveys that they have on the site. Was not successful with some of the other offers. Overall a decent site to make a little extra money.

Lots of opportunity for surveys. Easy redemption unlike other sites

This isn't just a great, fantastic, survey taking platform it's an amazing one. I'm so happy I ran into it while searching the web. This site is ultra fast, fun and easy to use, friendly and super engaging. There is so much to like about this site and the service they provide. They have nearly an endless supply of things to do. I'm very happy with this site and hope to be using for the foreseeable future.

This is a great place to earn points to redeem for paid gift cards. I would give it 5 stars, but almost daily I don't get rewarded for points from Dynata which says they will reward you for 700 points up to 5X. So they get all my information for their surveys and then don't pay which is a waste of time. My bad for keep trying, but it's a good payout if they ever honor it.

I have opened a ticket about this, but it has yet to be resolved.

So far, this is my favorite platform for surveys, for a short time I鈥檝e earned several gift cards already. There is a big choice of different surveys, so you can always choose which ones you want to do. I鈥檓 not a big fan of surveys, but it鈥檚 nice to get gift cards without too much efforts. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing site, nothing to say… I just made 15 000 points this weekend. I have rewarded me 10$ paypal and I redeem it yesterday… Site told 2 to 5 days OFFICE OPEN, I receive my 10$ today (SUNDAY) :D… !!!!

At the beginning of July I was having account problems, and couldn't enter my correct profile information to do CINT surveys. My birth date is in May, not April. "Trey" replied to my ticket (107826), saying he updated my info. At the end of July, still having problems — Tap Research defaulting to Swagbucks instead of giving me 7 DQ points on Grabpoints — I checked my account info, still wrong. I corrected it myself, and was locked out of my account. "Account Closed". I sent in a ticket. I received the following copied and pasted response (ticket #110019):

Further responses to my ticket, including screenshots of the ticket where admin was supposed to change my info were just answered with the same "cut and paste" response.

While I no longer care if my account is re-opened, I would like my $5 pending Paypal payment from July 31.

I am locked out of my account, so I can't give you an account ID. All I have are my support ticket numbers.

Yes, I can open a new ticket, and point to this review, however, all support is going to do is copy and paste the "invalid use" statement above. I don't use a VPN, I haven't disguised my location country.

update August 10:Requested missing payment, received copy and paste of "invalid use". Is Trey your sole employee?

Update I signed up in Canada. I live in Canada, i do not vacation outside Canada. I do not have a VPN. My i.p. remains the same.

Update August 13. I signed up in Canada four years ago. Why is that a problem now? As for your request to phone me, no. I'm already afraid of what you're going to do with my information.

This is a very good site with lots of surveys. I got my money so quickly.

Just tried again and still cannot login. why? How did this even happen? The support is fuked as well because they keep sending me copy+paste zoombucks support links which makes no sense. better respond asap

When i first started using grabpoints i was very sceptical of it as i had been scammed by many websites like this. A couple of days ago i encountered a problem but after notifying the grabpoints team the problem was solved within 24 hours and i recieved my payout. Over all good customer service and payouts.
