I ordered a remote control submarine with camera. It arrived and looks fine but the instructions and packaging are in Chinese so I can't use it. I emailed the company to ask for instructions in English and there was no response. All returns are at the buyer's expense and the product must be shipped back to China so it's very expensive to return.

Not returning my emails since April 8 2020
Well I order some alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer I received the wipes but not the hand sanitizer so I kept trying to reach out to the seller by emails but the seller never ret6not one email

Never received the other part of order
I order alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer I received wipes but never received hand sanitizer I paid $43 something the wipes were only 9 or ten dollars but never received the hands sanitizer

Refund
I ordered an item on Oct 1 & my card was charged. On Oct 4, I contacted customer service to cancel the order & issue a refund. I have sent numerous emails since, with no response.
