Awful customer service. Ignored the content of my emails and kept sending me irrelevant and unhelpful generic replies. Phone line not being serviced. A nightmare and waste of my time and money.

Their customer service is HOPELESS – it appears all they are interested in is your money. Not once did they respond to my emails or messages. SHAME ON YOU GRAB ONE!

I had a carpet and car cleaning service from grab one… they turned up 2 hours late, moved the front seat to clean the front carpets and now the seat doesn鈥檛 move forward and he didn鈥檛 clean the back … never said a word. The windows had a quick wipe leaving seams everywhere, just a really bad job so disappointed for $69.
The guy cleaning the car was very strange… don鈥檛 use them…..

I've ordered entertainment coupons off here and have saved quite abit in doing so.I always check their entertainment deals as it's cheaper for me and my family to do things through their coupons as we have a large family.

I was really relieved and thankful to be dealt with so well when I had a situation lately where it was my fault but grabone fixed things up.
I'd left my account logged on on my mums computer and she'd tried to make a purchase, when she realised it was mine, she closed the browser. I then got an email saying please provide delivery details. When I did that, it completed the purchase.
Grabone could have told me tough luck, your mistake. But instead they reversed the charge and cancelled the order.
It was so nice to have a good experience like this and makes me trust them to know they're not just taking the chance to make the money then and there, but looking more long term at customer satisfaction, loyalty, trust, etc.
