I bought a $290 HelloFresh Gift Voucher as a Christmas time for named recipient off Grabone, it turns out the recipient had already used HelloFresh before and was not eligible to use the voucher.
Hello Fresh said I could contact Grabone for a refund.
Grabone don鈥檛 have a phone number so you need to email them, and it takes a day each time to get back to you.
Grabone could not offer me a refund because 鈥楬ello Fresh hadn鈥檛 done anything wrong鈥?even though no products have been freighted or services used.
When pushed further Grabone obtained a refund from HelloFresh but only gave me credit on my Grabone account! So they have there money back but I am forced to use it on more poor quality products that I don鈥檛 need.
This will be the last they see of any of my money.
