They write papers that a six grader could write better. When they screw up your order they will.not admit they did anything wrong. Then try to offer you their services agian. I am usually a forgiving person but in this case stay away at all costs. Deadlines mean nothing to them.

At first, I was skeptical, but after I gave them a try I was not disappointed and have been using them for years. Honestly, over the span of 4 years, I've encountered one small problem and they fixed it right away. Would recommend them 100%

I liked this company at first. At first, it was fine. Until it was not. This site is hit or miss at best. They are scammers at worst. It is very unlikely you will get a good writer who writes a good paper the first time. If you have plenty of money and time to burn, this may or may not work. You'd better be okay with that risk, because their money back guarantee is fake. The last paper I did is the last I will ever do with them. I'm so glad it wasn't for school or anything important. It was due July 27th. By August 7th they still hadn't finished revising it, and even their revision was HORRIBLE and unsubmittable even if I did have time (it was past due and I could not use it). I had to contact them several times about a refund. I followed up late August and they said someone would be in touch. It's september and they still refuse a full refund. I contacted them over 5 times. They say even though they recognize a quality essay was not received or on time, I still got services and they shouldn't have to give me a full refund. They said (copied and pasted directly):

"I believe that the writer's time should be compensated. He will receive his payment not for the content but for the time he spent working on the order. Also, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that you are not paying for the service you didn't receive. Every time you came back to us with any questions, there always was our Support Team who answered all your questions and was following up on your order 24/7. Moreover, you used a service provided by our Writer's department since they negotiated with different writers in order to find a proper one for you. Also, you used a service provided by our Quality Assurance department who checked the writer's performance and made an investigation of the order."

I got this response repeatedly. So basically the best the could offer was 70% back. Since their customer support is apparently a huge portion of what you pay for which is non refundable. Which, on a $100 order is a pure loss of $30. For no paper. That's like being charged for netflix with no access to streaming and them saying they could only give 70% back because you used customer service. NO. That's not how it works. People want an essay, not your "quality assurance" when it goes wrong. And this 70% offer was after I fought tooth and nail with them. They first offered 10% account credit or a free upgrade. Then they offered more account credit, no payment refund, and so on. They will scam you. So just hope that you somehow wind up with a good writer. I suggest just finding some other company. These exchanges took hours I will never get back. I ended up going to my bank and filing a dispute for a service I did not receive. They will likely fight me on it, since this is a scam.

I will say, and this may the most important part, THEY INCENTIVIZE REVIEWS. They likely won't offer credit for bad ones, so basically they pay for the good reviews. They offer a discount on your next order if you send them a link to your review. So all these good reviews are slanted. AVOID!

This was my first time trying a service like this and the paper was very poorly done.
I frantically looked for a new site and tried it again at Essayshift.com and got a much better paper in fact I got an A-.
Thank goodness cause I really needed to pass this class.

Extremely disappointed with the refund policy for this company. The person they assigned to write my paper, "a top 10% person" I paid extra for, couldn't follow directions and in the end didn't even finish writing the paper. I filed a complaint and had to fight just for a 5% refund. So not only was my paper late, I had to finish writing it myself, and only got $15 of the $300 I spent refunded to me. I will never use this company again.

I had placed few orders from this website. The order was done on time but a lot of aspects were missing therefore told them to rewrite the order. They had asked for extra time which 2-3 days were given yet I still did not receive my order until it was to late.
I asked for refund and no refund was given.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE.

I have tried other writing companies but the best and the one that I most love is grab my essay thank you for excellent papers I really appreciate it keep up the good work.

I would only recommend it if you have a lot of time on your hands and are able to check the order over and over and ask to rewrite them if anything was badly done.

Horrible experience!
I was extremely ill so I decided to use this service. Paid $150. I was sent a nonsensical essay and the writer would not correct the many issues I encountered. I had to completely start from scratch and write an entire essay in 4 hours. The "money back guarantee" is a straight up lie, they would only give me 10% of my money back, and I have yet to receive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very bad experience using "Grabmyessay" My essay was copied from another one and was just reworded, which i could have done myself for free. Also, the essay contained many errors, some sentences did not make any sense. They have a "money back guarantee", which is a lie. I was going back and forth with them and my problem was never solved. And they removed my writer's ID, i guess so i cannot write a review on him. I never going to use this company again and I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!
