Purchased rifle from Grabagun.com. Rifle selling for $1,350 most places. They鈥檙e asking $1,450 and is advertised as 鈥淐erakoted鈥? Cerakote is about a $400 value. Naturally I bought it believing it was a great deal. Get it home, start cleaning it and the finish is coming off. I called Grabagun and they directed me to call The firearm manufacturer. The manufacturer states it鈥檚 not Cerakote…it鈥檚 鈥渄ipped鈥?and should be cleaned with soap and water only, no solvents. I call grabagun back and they state they won鈥檛 do anything but refund the difference in price for what they paid and the sale value. I wouldn鈥檛 have purchased this at all if I鈥檇 known it was not Cerakote.

I ordered the CAA MCK last Monday on Oct 5th. On the 6th I recieved a message from GrabAGun that my MCK had been shipped and I鈥檓 thinking to myself 鈥渨ow that was fast鈥?but here we are on Oct 14th and when I look up the tracking number through FedEx it says that all that has been shipped is a 鈥渟hipping label鈥?called yesterday and got the 鈥淐ovid crap鈥?(the lady was really nice and of course not her fault) excuse saying if it鈥檚 not shipped by Thursday to call back…… Or maybe how about instead of taking the longest amount of time possible just tell me the truth? I keep reading reviews where people ordered and got their guns/packages in a very timely manner, 3 days, 5 days for an actual firearm. I鈥檓 going on 10 days of a firearm accessory and it hasn鈥檛 even been shipped. Wish I could give a good review on speedy delivery but I cannot.

You guys did great, nice quick service and in lovely shape. The only problem that I experienced was my FFL charged me $75 for the transfer the weapon? I will not use them again.

This is the final update: I now give GrabAGun 5 Stars! There must have been some kind of communication gap in the e-mail because when the owner read what happened he couldn't understand what or why it happened either! Either way now, the problem has been resolved with GrabAGun rufunding me all my monies that I layed out to Buck Knives with an apology, and anything that was needed. I said all was fine now! I am very happy with the resolution! Always had great experience with Buck knives. This 112 Auto open knife I received came with a chip on the blade. I asked GragAGun what to do. Should I return it to them or send it to Buck that I would probably have to pay to ship it there and it has a 6-8 week turn around? They said to send it to Buck Knives.
I sent GrabAgun another e-mail stating my shipping and insurance was $9.30 to Buck Knives and I'll probably have to pay the same for the return. I don't know what the story of payment on the blade will be until it is done. GrabAGun reply was your account is closed and we credit your charge for your shipping $4.54. WOW! What a difference from $18.60 and I don't even know what the cost of the blade will be. Why didn't they just take the knife back and exchange it in the first place when I told them all the stuff about Buck's cost and delays if they weren't going to stand behind the cost? This was not the first time I used GrabAGun, that is why it is so surprising to me that this was done in this manner!

Update: Thank you for your reply and for about to look into this. For that I feel it deserves at least another star.

Dishonest service and unethical practices. Cost me time, money, and hassle.
I ordered a higher end rifle from these Guys. Seemed almost too good to be true. I called them and they said we currently have 13 and have only sold 8 in the last year. Sounds great I鈥檒l place my order! Order placed shipping info on the website is a lie. They know it isn鈥檛 about to be 1-3 days processing but per their customer service associate it is tattooed on their site and will not change. Not the end of the world because after I placed my order and the money left my hands I got the email saying it might be 3-5 days. So I checked in on day 1 to make sure all of the ffl paperwork was good everything went through. No big deal. Day 3 checked back in gun is they have pulled the gun for me and it鈥檚 waiting to get loaded on a dock in Iowa to ship to my ffl. Day 5 still on a dock waiting to ship to my ffl once again in Iowa. Service representative 鈥渃hecks into it鈥?all is good you have a rifle this Iowa warehouse is just a little slow. This could take up to 7 days to ship. Day 8 I check in. Same story assurances the rifle is there just so backed up they can鈥檛 send it out just yet. Gave me the story of well technically we have 14 days (I believe) before you can cancel your order without the 15% restocking fee. These guns were in short supply so I was getting nervous. Started to get irritable how does a gun sit in a loading dock solely waiting to be shipped via fed ex or usps what ever they used. Day 10 final call service rep says we never got your gun in from Indiana. We have no clue what happened to it but we can鈥檛 get any more because we鈥檝e sold them all. I am refunding your card. I informed them I do not want a refund I want the rifle (which has now gone up in price from ($1450-1550 to $1600-1800 price ball park). The sales rep relayed from their manager if they could just buy me one they would (Said more as an excuse/apology not an actual offer). So I did the leg work and found one called them up and said hey here is the rifle stand behind your word. Company has completely refused to do so. We鈥檝e dickered back and forth for about a month or so. They have no interest in honoring their deal it鈥檚 going to cost them money. If you are looking to order anything from them. May my story be a beacon of how they Handle themselves when a hiccup has occurred.
You shouldn鈥檛 back out of a deal made just because it鈥檚 going to be a money losing endeavor for you. Especially once you have offered assurances to keep the customer on the line the entire time while the gun market is going to hell in a hand basket. Please by all means read the reviews and complaints guys these guys are bottom of the barrel service.

Okay I am not an expert in ordering a gun from an online store, and this was my first doing so. And to be honest I did have a fear of being conte, but it turned out good. I had done research on the Smith & Wesson MP 9 Shield by Performance Center with manual thumb safety. And I liked it, so I started searching for through stores and every time I called a store they did not have and did not know they would have it again. So, I called Smith & Wesson to see if they had stop producing the model and I could order directly. Their reply was No we have stop producing the model and no you cannot order directly. Therefore, I continue called stores and one more time called Smith & Wesson that is when they told me to try Online Retail Stores. I was scare due to the not knowing the outcome. So, I google reviews on online retail gun store in which it provided me with the top 10 stores. I read about each store and the one that grab me was just that GrabaGun. Look into them and saw they had good reviews and a few negative ones. But in all, the good reviews out weighted the bad so I when to their website create an account search for the gun, I was looking for which was out of stock. But select it as a Wishlist item also a notify when in stock reminder. Every day I would check to see if it were in stock and one day, I notice it was and brought it. Might have been the weekend to my believe because that would only have been the reason why I did not get an email that it was in stock. Other then, that I order it on 13th and by the 20th It was all ready here so basically 7 days. Of course, I must wait the cooling period but overall GrabaGun has responded to every question I asked doing the shipment of the gun in a timely manner and would recommend them to all my friends and family who are searching.

After searching for two specific weapons at several locations and not being able to find either. I learned about GrabAGun thru searching the internet. I registered and put the weapons I was looking for in my Wish List requesting to be notified once available. I was notified concerning the weapons a couple weeks apart from each other.
