They think they are above the law and can victimize their customers
From self initiated unauthorized deductions from bank account
To the main issue of never taking responsibility no matter they late no matter good is cold no matter deliver wrong item if you not accept their. Israel at your cost and expense (they will still charge you) they will ultimately suspend your account
I am now filling massive complaint with customer protective services and encourage everybody else to do the same
They are criminal and need to be stopped

I'm tired of the horrible food delivery. They always bundle my order with other people and I'm the last to receive my food. It ALWAYS arrives cold. I've suggested that they offer a premium food delivery service and I'm happy to pay extra to get my food delivered directly. Unfortunately, they just give me a copy pasted response or a small voucher. If you read my complaints, you'd realize that I don't want a voucher. I'm even willing to pay extra for better service.

In all fairness, I'm actually writing about the App and not the website. It's a positive review about the company though, so I doubt they'll mind.

Likes:
As the title of my review suggests, Grab has many everyday use(ful) features, all rolled into one App.

Want to avoid the lunch time crowd, or at home but lazy to cook? Order Grab food, which offers snacks, local delicacies, a wide variety of cuisines, and even Michelin-starred restaurants to choose from – delivered straight to my doorstep.

Going to work and want to avoid crowded public transportation, or want to beat the long taxi-stand queues? Order Grab Transport, which even offers the option of choosing more spacious and luxurious rides (cars).

Have a date and want to watch a movie together, or just wanna relax and catch the latest Hollywood flick? Use Grab Tickets to book seats at a nearby cinema.

Dislikes:
For Grab Food, out of ten orders, three will probably come with missing items, or worse, spilled in their packaging. While missing items in an order is the fault of the food vendor, spilled items are almost certainly because the delivery person was careless and / or in a rush. However, my gripe is not with these delivery people. They're only human, and, well, accidents do happen.

My main problem is when I have any sort of complaint, be it against Grab Food (missing / incorrect order, or spilled foodstuff / beverage) or against Grab Transport (rude / reckless driver), trying to get a response from their customer service is not only time consuming, but almost certainly to illicit an unsatisfactory response.

Their default method of appeasing an angry customer seems to be simply awarding vouchers – which basically means if I'm an unhappy user, I've no other choice but to keep on sticking and spending with Grab so as to use said vouchers to get a discount, when honestly, all I'd like is actually a straightforward refund, or, action taken against errant vendors / drivers.

Wishlist:
As mentioned above, I'd prefer a straightforward cash refund as opposed to low-value vouchers not even equivalent to a messed-up order.

Overall:
The convenience it offers outweighs the hassles of dealing with poor customer service. Besides, most transactions tend to be successful, satisfied experiences, so, I'm sticking with Grab.

Really disappointed and frustrated with Grab!!!!!! We received the wrong order from the wrong restaurant. All the e-vouchers I redeemed are full of bugs and wasted too. Even getting and trying to contact them is a hassle and has many unnecessary steps. One conclusion after waiting for days for them to come up with a solution is: contact the other vendor. Waited just to hear them say this and now our food? Strongly do not recommend!!!

i ordered grab food just now then there's a problem came out so i called the customer service centre, the customer service lady 'WATI' is so rude and didn't help me to solve my problem! she kept telling me the rider disposed my food already. then when i called the rider, he said the food is still with him and thanks he brought me the food.
now i want to report Wati, because as a customer service, she should help me to solve my problem and not just kept telling me the rider disposed my food. and she's so impolite the way she talk to customer. i hope grab centre will take this seriously, thanks!

I like use Grab however it's more cheaper use Taxi without Grab just on street even like tourist in South Asia, it's overpriced and im worried that money are going to more company than to 'their workers', can't give 5 stars for still creating new features, i think it's bad idea put a lot of features inside one app, its good for earning to the company, but other services/features are not useful like chat with my contacts, please keep your app light with just usefull things..

Another reason for low rating is that this type of services is without future people will don't want this type of services coz nobody from Grab can garante that some driver is good like when some drive try find some place what is far 2km and trying it over 1 hour, it's happend to me in Bangkok then i just said stop and outside kicked to his car coz i was nervous…

All my GF want to do is to enjoy eating fried chicken from a restaurant in Penang, why is your Grab Drivers clicking on the delivered button when the food is not delivered to the doorsteps? This is the second time my GF is experiencing this. Now, she is Angry, she is Sad, she is Disappointed, and she's regret not choosing DeliverEat. Why are you doing this to my GF? Why are you doing this to me? Now I don't know what to do but to write a bad review for you.

Absolutely flippin' useless. I downloaded the app and there's no option to book a taxi, only hotels. They seem anxious that I should use the Grab Wallet, but I can't even do that, as when I try to scroll to my date of birth the window just closes. Wish I could give zero stars.

Item didn't arrive, they 鈥渞efunded鈥?me in 3 vouchers in different denomination which forces me to return 3 times to use my own money. Requested for other options, they wanted to refund me in grabpay credits which forces you to top up a minimum of $20. In short, dont bother with their customer service (entirely useless and templated reply), Grab holds your money hostage and is incredibly unethical.

Thailand was a totally disappointing experience. Vietnam and Cambodia were great, so I used it in Thailand. Twice, drivers didn鈥檛 turn up but my app said I was on my way and I was charged a substantial fare to places I didn鈥檛 go with grab. I left feedback but no refund and not even an answer. Avoid in Thailand.

1. GRAB has no accessable customer service or customer service number for their passengers. 2. In 2019 I have had around 260 GRAB CAR rides in Thailand and Vietnam and around 100 food deliveries in Vietnam. The idea behind GRAB is great. But the policies of GRAB are becoming extremely consumer UNFRIENDLY. The vietnamese GRAB drivers has an ugly habit of claiming to "have arrived at the pick up point" even if they are parking far away, because they are simply unwilling to make it to the agreed and accessable pick up point. In vietnam the traffic is certainly NOT suited for pedestrians, which often makes it hazardous and life-threatening to attempt to make it to the ill mannered GRAB driver a block or more away. My experience shows beyond any doubt, that it is the attitude of some drivers which is the problem. Because the same pick up point, which some drivers arrogantly refuses to access is easily reached by other drivers. It does seem like some drivers are making an unprofessional statement: "RIsk your life walking through vietnamese traffic to my highness – or get booted by GRAB for "cancelling" the ride. GRAB is now booting their paying VIP-customers for ancelling on intentionally abusive drivers and their hostile behavior. GRAB needs to have competition soon and to be outperformed by a company that actually cares about their customers.

I used the app on my vacation but after returning home they refuse to delete my account. You can鈥檛 delete your account with out having to contact support. At this point they will ask you a never ending stream of irrelevant like my balance on services I never used and what reward rank is! So far they are at 14 questions in 6 different emails!

This site is great for its variety of games. No more chat and it is slow but the tournaments are fun and easy to participate in. No ads during the games. It is a great site for children simply because there is no chat.
