What I like best about GPS City (aside that they are in Canada like me 🙂 is that they have incredible selection in their stock. They have had every single item I've looked for and it's a huge plus. I don't even look at Amazon anymore for this kind of gear!

Websites great too. I would just suggest on their product listing pages they allow more items to be shown. Sometimes it says 2,000 items in results lol that's a lot of clicking…

Shipping was as expected and well packaged.

No issues, other than one part I ordered that was backordered. It didn't say that on the website when I ordered it. So, it took longer to receive my order than expected.

I recently ordered a part from GPScity. The wrong part came in so I emailed them. They went above and beyond to make it correct by shipping the correct part the same day and told me to keep the wrong part. I did however mail back the wrong one because I didn't pay for it. Thanks, GPScity!

GPS City is a wonderful company to work with. Delivery is always on schedule. Customer Service is awesome. Love these guys!

I have nothing but praise for their customer service. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I鈥檝e bought around $5000 worth of Garmin equipment from them in several orders and always received the items quickly and as advertised.
My experience is with the Canadian site, and I鈥檓 confused at the negative reviews since there the complete opposite of my experience. I usually don鈥檛 bother writing reviews for 鈥榞ood鈥?service but I will for outstanding service.

Steer WELL CLEAR of GPS City.
I purchased a 610 Montana new from them.
It failed within 12 months.
They replaced it with a used, apparantly refurbished unit. History unknown?
Yes GAVE ME A SECOND HAND UNIT.
Now some 30 months later the outer case has rotted & the on/off button has disintegrated.
GPS City don't want to know. Disreputable customer service.

I ordered a garmin fishfinder. I then found a newer model $200 cheaper at Cabelas. I never opened the package and returned it with the label they sent me. Today they notified me that they were deducting $200 because the unit came back in a "unsellable" condition. That's funny since the damn package was never opened! I contacted customer service and was told my case was closed and to take it up with Ebay. I filed a complaint with Ebay. They sided with me and the full refund was issued. Thanks Ebay, screw you gps rip off city!!!

My package arrived postage due ($8.50). They offered to refund me if I went to the post office to pay the postage due. I did. Then they refused to refund me. What kind of a rinky dink outfit would anger a customer over $8.50 over an issue that should have been between USPS and the company that. Supposedly purchased the postage and tracking?

Extortionate shipping costs
Bought a ram mount for 拢6.00 through eBay immediately realised that the postage was going to be 拢34.00 so cancelled my order within 2 minutes, also emailed them to ensure the cancellation took place, they insisted on posting it out whatever and wouldn鈥檛 cancel
Sent it back at cost of 拢10.00 only
NoW I have all my money back thanks to ebay sorting it out
Wouldn鈥檛 use again, ignorant towards there customers

I can not say one bad thing about GPS City. I ordered a Garmin Panoptix when installing the next day found out it wasn't compatible with my Garmin echo map chirp 93sv. After a couple of emails, they sent a return label. Gps City credited my pay pal account with all the money I had paid. Good customer service GPS City.

Customer service is a joke (especially Willie) and they don't know what they are talking about. I was told that a particular unit would function perfectly with Third Party maps, only to find out (after hours of frustration) that the GPSCity representative had never actually tried, or even seen the GPS unit in question. He was guessing, and he was totally incorrect.
When I ordered a replacement unit, I was promised it would be rushed out, however a few days later I received an email advising me to inform Amex to add a second address. A second address! This isn't required, and why does the GPSCity website have boxes for both billing address AND shipping address??? In the end, they never rush-shipped the unit. They never shipped it at all, but they had no problem putting the charge through on my Amex.
Bringing this problem to their attention was useless. They hung up on me for sounding irritated. Of course I was irritated! Their prices are good, but there are many other businesses with similar or better pricing.

Purchased a Garmin echoMAP PLUS 94sv from GPS City on Ebay. I ordered it ahead of my new boat being rigged so it was ready when the boat was done. I ended up buying a different boat than expected that already had electronics installed.
They clearly stated in the ad that returns were accepted so I returned the item unopened other than the shipping box that it came in.
GPS city deducted $110.00 from the return stating that the box had been opened and could not be sold as new. Total BS! I will never buy anything from this crooked store again!
I have filed a case with ebay to recover the rest of my $. Hopefully this company will go out of business soon since they can not seem to understand the difference between good and bad business!

I used it for weekends for the first time and could say: 1. Easy to use
2. The voices are pleasant
3. The roads are re-newer and also traffic jams are seen

I bought a refurbished Garmin Nuvi 2589LMT from GSPCity. The unit had a damaged screen when it arrived. It also had personal customer data on it (tracks from customer's home, etc.). I contacted GSPCity and they explained they do not test any units they ship. They send out what ever they get returned without knowing what the fault was! So I get a known faulty unit from another customer. They explained I could ship it back at my expense and they would consider a refund! I now have a wait of several months to find out if I get any money back. The most deplorable example of customer service ever to ship a known faulty unit to another customer and then make them pay to ask for a refund!!!

Ordered an item on 1st April and gpscity sent an email indicating the item has been shipped. June I sent an email to enquire where the item is no responses until numerous emails sent and William the customer rep said they have to lodge lost item claim and I can choose other item..I opted for refund due to poor service..when they decided to refund me i didnt get the full refund citing they dont refund shipping costs..Question to the company is why am I charged shipping costs for item not received..All I received is they are sorry and no shipping costs refund..This is ABSOLUTE UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL business..My complaint is the same as user mamluk73..

Excellent experience…followed through with Canadian Armed Forces discount. Excellent customer relations. Handled cancellation and re-ordering professionally. Item arrived in a timely fashion and as described. Will update if I have issues using.

There are many shopping sites in the world, but if you are concerned with GPS, you will have everything only here.
An explanation of the video on YouTube is also useful.
I have contacted shop several times, the staff's response is also nice.

I have now dealt with GPS City since 6/2011, and have always received prompt, accurate service and fair pricing on all orders, to date.

My latest purchases, a Garmin zumo 595LM, and subsequent order for the tire pressure sensors, both went flawlessly. The first order, the GPS unit, was shipped next working day, and arrived on time, in prefect condition. The second part of my latest experience, the sensors, involved a query to sales, which was answered same day by their Director for Online Sales, and was also shipped immediately, arriving a day ahead of estimated arrival.

I am pleased with the devices (my choice, over which they have little control) and extremely pleased by the continuing good service from GPS City. Kudos!

Purchased a Garmin RV GPS. Great customer service. Super Fast shipping. Great price. GPS City does have a military discount. Shoot them an email with your details and they will provide a discount on a majority of their products. GPS was perfect condition and a great price. i will for sure do business with them in the future. you have a customer for life…highly recommended.

I've read a bunch of negative reviews, but I can't share the same. My experience has been great so far and I have no complaints with the order process or customer service. This is my second order from them in less than a year. The first order was as advertised and on time. I'm assuming that my second order will also arrive as the first did.
