Short story, problem with a GP torch that was out of warranty. Contacted Customer Services and they straight away sent a replacement. Very impressed.
Replacement arrived today and of course works beautifully, as I would expect as I have 2 other GP torches. As I now have a working torch I had a fiddle with the old torch – problem with intermittant torch refusing to swith on or would switch off for no reason – poor contact. To my surprise, the spring in the cap clicked back into place and I now have a fully operational torch.
Phoned Customer services and offered to pay for the new one as the company had been so good over replacing the then faulty one – it seemed only right. Customer Service said not to worry – honours are even. What great Customer Service.
I pass this on for potential customers to have no concerns about buying from GP Battteries.

I had a problem with a GP power pack. Emailed the company and they bent over backwards to help. Can't praise them enough. Okay so the charger developed a fault but the speedy resolution meant that I didn't go without for very long.
Product is very good quality, not like some cheap alternatives.
I would strongly recommend GP Batteries.
