Cheatercocks! You guys are a complete joke. False promises of Zero Effort with a 48 Hour delivery. Even after repeated and persistent reminders to get your executives to deliver I'm yet to see my order despite it being over a week. Calling customer service is an even bigger joke. Customers are kept waiting hoping someone answers, but even after 10-15 calls, its still the same message "We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment. We have noted your number and will get back to you shortly" And even if you get lucky by some miracle and the call does get connected; their excuses are dime a dozen with more false promises of next day delivery. Neither do they have any update on the status of any order nor any respect for the customer. These guys don't have the vaguest idea of any form of service, let alone customer service. Pathetic and highly frustrating experience.
