The company cancelled my order and refunded me without telling me. I have NOT received the refund. They sent me an email to review the product, 11 days after they cancelled it WITHOUT TELLING ME.
The price of the order was trivial but the band had personal significance for my daughter and I.
Customer service via webchat was poor at best with little knowledge of refund protocol and just telling me to wait a few days. This was 11 days after they processed the refund that they didn't tell me about.
Very disappointed

BEST QUALITY, CHEAP PRODUCTS & AFFORDABLE PRICES

I received my wristbands today, a day earlier than expected and they are perfect. Ordering from your company is such a pleasant experience. From designing the wristband on the website, to placing the order, to the amazingly quick shipping from China. Great!!

We ordered from this site due to being able to guarantee the delivery time, which we needed urgently for an event. What we didn't notice was they changed the delivery date to AFTER the event when they sent the digital proof. The package could have been received in time if it wasn't stuck in customs, as the package was coming from China! After a battle with the supplier and customers, we eventually received the packages over a week late. The customer service is appalling and they are incredibly rude. We cannot believe the likes of Google use them, as stated on their website. We will be blacklisting this supplier forever!

I chose this provider of wristbands because I needed something done quickly, and this company offered fast turnaround (for an extra fee – which is fine). They also had a huge selection and a pretty intuitive website.

On the plus side, they delivered on time and I was happy with the pricing.

On the other hand, the quality wasn't quite as good as I hoped. And a bigger problem was that they did not respond well to a problem I had with the order.

Also, note that they are not UK based as their website suggests: the items were made and shipped from China.

We believe this company is fraudulent. They do NOT have 24/7 Customer Support, we were left on hold for ages during the weekend and never answered. The ONE CSR they have only answered during business hours and was rude and when challenged would hang up and not answer. Repeated requests to speak to management were ignored. Due to an error on their end we did not receive our order by the 'guaranteed' delivery date and failed to send it later as they had promised they would. We were assured we would receive it before Christmas and were to get our tracking number 'In 20 minutes'. We now have no product or refund and were only told after chasing it up the day before Christmas Eve. This was intended to be a gift that now will not be given. We are reporting this company to be investigated by Internet Fraud, will file a complaint with Visa. We intend to ensure that nobody is ripped off the way we have been.
