I am trying to register my product code so I type it in it is accepted then they tell me a 4 digit code is texted to my phone number and it never shows up. It looks like to me this company isn't very good. I would give them a zero if I could.

As it stands, the company (GoWireless) is continuing to open its doors to people amid the pandemic situation. Why? How important is a cell phone sale? I am very at risk while a member of my family lives in my home and works there.

I too purchased the "lifetime" screen replacement golifetime advantage. LIES!!! I went to go get my screen replaced (like I've been doing for years) and was told it's now only a 2 year program. How can they just change it? Seems like this is outright fraud!!

Run, run away from this place. They will screw you everyday, every way they can! No customer service. No integrity.

I went to get my lifetime screen replaced and was informed that the program was only for 2-years. The salesman only made the sale based on the lifetime promise. I had it replaced last year and this was never even mentioned. They acted as the agent for GoAdvantage and made promises that GoAdvantage won't support. I will only say GoElsewhere!

I went in they were freindly , my issue arose when the wrong screen was purchased and the poor guy needed to get ahold of a dm to begin a return process so i had to come back the next day and and do the return, so i wait a few days nothing I call my bank and there is nothing, so i go in and ask about it and they said its going to take a week, what kind of backwards bs is that, the issue isn't with the people working there who im sure are doing their best, but a week for a bloody return. Thats ridiculous.

I am very pleased with the services I recieved from the staff at Go Wireless from Palmdale, Los Angeles. The staff member that helped my son and myself was really nice, well polite and very knowledgable about the phone details. Gave me a new plan because of the issues I had with my current one. Great services! Very satisifed

Absolute fraud. As some users have already said….I paid for unlimited screen protectors and was told I could come in whenever I needed a new one. Then they changed tje policy and required you to get an app and a coupon. Then there were no replacement screen covers available for months and they would not refund my money. Should sue them just on principle.

I was lied to. When I bought my new Note 8 years ago when it first came out, they said I had a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the screen protectors. After 2 years they said the screen protectors were no longer free but that I had to pay for them and I argued with them profusely!
My husband ended up upgrading my phone to a newer model but still I knew what I heard and they clearly lied to me!

These guys are straight up predators. Shoddy case and they intentionally try to trick you. No one in the store mentions there's a time limit (2 weeks!) on registering the product, but it's in fine print on the invoice. Once past that, they don't have to stand behind their product any more. Imagine selling a product and only standing behind it for two weeks!

I went to the Verizon store in South Lyon and Rob helped me out a lot. I was having problems with sprint and not only did he get me and my mom new phones and a good plan. He did a lot to make up for what sprint is doing to me. His manager helped too. Very compassionate.should have gone there first. Highly recommend.

Wow, just read all the negative reviews. Our experience at the Homossassa, Florida Go Wireless was perfect. The employee that assisted us, Mike, was courteous and informed. We are very happy with our iPhones HR and the staff at this location.

Was told there was a free promotional item only to find out I was charged for it. BEWARE of their up selling tactics. I also unknowingly was enrolled in a monthly insurance plan.

They are liars in the store and on the customer service number. The GoAdvantage program is not what they tell you in the store and they said because they didn't have a record of what was told to me when I bought it I was SOL. On the customer service line I spoke with three people and was completely blown off. I was so frustrated I actually asked him if he was going to blow me off and he said no he would call me back in within two days. He never called. Awful.

Salesman (Sammy) never covered the the costs or billing before he charge the credit card. The "GoAdvantage is a hugh rip-off. Go Wireless (store name) must hire or train car salesman. SMARTPHONE LIQUID GLASS is probably an acetone cleaner. For $80.00 you get a screen cleaning cloth.
They charge $20 to turn your new phone on. Give you credit if you buy $80 GOADVANTAGE SMARTPHONE GLASS. However, this gives you the right to buy new ones at a discount. Add to this a 2.4amp car charger for $50, which you don't need if you USB port in your car.
They do a poor job of representing Verizon.
GOWIRELESS markets under Verizon but is a franchise retailer. With 700 stores you will probably get had. I'm sure sales people are on commission.
Have not been able to register my GOADVANTAGE.

I went to the ridge Park square branch near Parma Ohio I needed a new phone because my microphone stopped working. All the employees called off except for the new guy Josh who was clueless and quick to tell me that everybody had called off. The district manager Tyler was there also so I thought I was dealing with somebody who really knew I was going on. The district manager talked me into selling my old phone to them which seemed like a good idea because I've got a whole drawer full of old phones that are worthless. Unfortunately my photos were not backed up like I thought they were on Google . They use some crappy app to transfer the info I lost all my pictures. I build industrial projects for a living I'm sick to my stomach over this. It is partially my fault for not making sure my stuff was backed up before I went there and I was extremely tired that day and didn't question everything I just let the professionals handle it so I thought. When I contacted them about this the new guy already quit and everybody else said I wasn't there sorry for your luck. These stores are all about selling phones but they don't care about the proper method to transfer media they just want to get you out the door so they can sell another phone to somebody else.

This is not an official Verizon Wireless shop even though they seem to try very hard to hide that fact. Besides not be able to do what a company owned shop can do they will add lots of "set-up" charges and add products you do not want that a real Verizon store will not. Very unimpressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism and all I can say is go to a real Verizon Store. I would never recommend going to one of these independent stores when you can go to a real Verizon one.

If you have questions about your phone or any issues you may be having I highly recommend going into the 949 Norland Ave Chambersburg office and speaking with Bryan Kilbourne, he is the Store Manger or Nathan Barnhart. My husband and I went into the store to purchase a new phone, Bryan spent almost 2 hours answering our questions and activating our phones. Recently my phoned was acting up, I went to the store and spoke with Bryan about the phone. I was upset, he listened to me while I vented and apologize to me for having to go through not having a phone and immediately started attempting to solve the problem so I would to able to use my phone. He had to call customer service and I received a replacement phone. He told me to come into the store when my phone arrived and he would take care of everything for me so I didn't have to worry about it. Well the replacement phone worked less than 1 day. I ended up back in the store and this time I spoke with Nathan. I was very upset and vented to Nathan he listen and said lets get this phone working for you. He spent almost 2 more hours helping me, he even was able to retrieve my photos we thought were lost! He did end up calling customer service, who said they had fixed my phone. MY replacement phone still is not working so today I called the store spoke with Bryan, he did a 3 way call with customer service to try and make everything okay for me. I have had my Verizon service a long time and have never had 2 employees assist me to extend they have. I have been telling everyone and will continue to do so. I really hope they are recognized for their exceptional customer service and wonderful attitude!

I purchased a Jetpack from them with a six month agreement. I returned it prior to completion of the contract (151 days). The employees on the store and over the phone clearly stated that they didn't want it back. As I don't like dealing with electronic waste, I asked if they would just take it. They stated that they would not take because they had no way to deal with it.
Two months later I received a letter saying that I did not return the device and I now had to pay for it. Of course, I had recycled the device just days earlier. I told them all of the details of what happened. They essentially said it was my work vs. their's, tough luck. I then told them that my company, for which I had purchased the device, would not pay for it without an invoice. They have refused to provide an invoice and have sent this to collections.
Ultimately, this comes down to poor training by their staff. They expect me to be responsible for the terms of their contract, but their own employees don't know them. We will no longer use Verizon or Go Wireless as a result.
