Ordered a pair of Oakley fuel cell. After 3 days of watching tracking go nowhere I emailed and got a email from Jamie that said he would look into it they should be rescanned it under 72 hours. After 7 days I told Jamie if he couldn鈥檛 get them mailed to refund my money. Well he must not of been able to ship as he refunded payment. Don鈥檛 waste ur time with these guys.

They're the same damn prices as the department stores. What was the point in verifying my military service? Ya'll act like some special club but you're just Amazon with extra steps. So stupid.

You are suppose to get free shipping after you place a order. Only good for 2 weeks. You are also suppose to also get a $10 credit for every $200 you spend at the first of the following month. It is July 7th and my credit has still not posted and, my free ship ended 2 days ago.. It appears to be a SCAM. FOLLOW UP….. $7.95 TO SHIP PLUS SALES TAX AND NOW, BUYER MUST PAY RETURN POSTAGE.

Did you ever think that maybe, just maybe personal data of law inforcement and other american forces are collected for other reasons? Someone with the know how should verify them with a tooth pick!

Poor customer service. Items not delivered, unable and unwilling to ship to correct their mistake. Cut and paste responses/options. First time/last time dealing with this hack company.

Gov X has sent me everything I have paid for on time and efficiently. They are very great at making sure I get what I paid for. I recommend them to everyone who wants or needs tactical supplies

I purchased a pair of boots from Govx, the boots I had to return cause my employer stated not department approved. I requested a return label. I called a representative at govx cause the post office didn鈥檛 have a big enough box to put the boots in. The representative stated tape the return label on the boots original box and tape the box shut, to prevent the boots from being damaged. I did that, week later I receive a email stating I will not be obtains a refund. Cause the box was in reusable.

Its a Trap! Ordered a product over a month ago. GOVX indicated item in stock and will ship in 2 days. Product has never arrived. They billed my account on the day I ordered. Now customer service says there was an error and the item is not in stock. Website says it is. Stay away, its a scam. Price wasn't any better than anywhere else when GOVX overcharges for shipping.

I purchased tickets for The Lion King through GovX, but the show was cancelled due to COVID-19. I understood that refunds would be slow, but it has been over two months and I cannot get a straight answer via phone or email. I was actually directed to a support site that does not exist. The tickets were not even that much cheaper than buying directly from the theater. I will never be using this site again and I want my 500$!

I'm an active Police Officer and I have been price checking. I have found other outlets 35% cheaper than GovX. Many with free shipping.

I just joined, then cancelled my membership. I was shocked to find out they sell and support Under Armour, who is in my opinion are disrespectful towards the US flag. When I told GovX why I deleted my membership, here is the rude comment I got back. I found it rude because many have died for the flag and it鈥檚 meaning. Duty, Honor County, which money cannot buy. Lastly, their prices are not that much different than eBay or amazon if you shop around.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and two days later they dropped the price. I tried to get them to "price match" their own price and they refused citing, "Sale prices less than 24 hours will not be priced matched." They have lost my business and I will tell everyone I know in my profession to steer clear. Apparently a couple of bucks is more important than customer satisfaction.

They sucker you in with low prices in ads, then sneak in extra charges after confirmation. Dishonest. Final product cost is normally about 30% over amazon cost. Also most of the distributors offer individual offer discounts which make items much cheaper. They got me once, they won鈥檛 get me again. TOTAL SCAM! Shamshop

I ordered Oakley Sunglasses and received them in less than a week the only question is are they real Oakley's I tried to check on Oakley website everything seems to match up but they feel very cheaply made and didn't come with certificate and cleaning cloth.

Had concert tickets, concert was canceled. Now I have to dispute it with the credit card company because they won鈥檛 refund me!

From products to travel it all sucks. I've bought products from them before and like people say, you can find better prices. My biggest issue is their travel section. I booked 3 nights in Vegas before the COVID-19 Pandemic and when Vegas stated they were going to shut down, I went to the hotels website and they said they refunded everyone. If you booked through a third party you must contact them. Well, I contacted Members deals and they said they will still charge the $25 cancellation fee. Come on, really? The Hotel is shut down and you still want to charge me? Stay away from this site.

The worst possible customer service ever. I bought tickets for a concert that were from a resell. One ticket had been used that night and they wouldn鈥檛 allow us entry into the venue though it was no fault on our part. I called govx and their customer service was rude and dismissive.

Better off using amazon or other sites. Inflated prices. So it seems like you get more off.

Horrible that they take advantage of Veterans and military members, the site just links you to other sites and when i tried to dispute a charge i was told ALL SALES FINAL. Terrible experience and i will never utilize nor advocate for this site.

I absolutely love GOVX. It's not a scam. They work with the manufacturers and off the military discount that they do. It's all based off of MSRP. There have been plenty of times I have found the prices to be cheaper than amazon. But you have to wait for the extra discounts and shop the xdeals or clearance. I've spent thousands on govx, gotten money back in rewards, for every 200 you spend you get 10 bucks in credit. It's not alot but it's like an additional 5% off. I always have got everything I ordered and in a timely manner.

I've shopped at Govx a few times. The prices arent that great, but sometimes I can find items with them that have been discontinued elsewhere. But… my most recent experience with them was unacceptable. I ordered two Yeti Roadie Coolers on Nov 30th. I received 1 with a packaging label that said 2. I doubled checked my security cameras and confirmed only 1 was delivered. I contacted FedEx and they confirmed that they only recieved 1, otherwise they would have had 2 tracking numbers. So I contacted Govx and they said they'd look into it. A few days go by and I dont hear anything, so I call back. I am told that they will contact Yeti and find out if it was shipped or if it was an error on their part and I would be contacted in a day or so. Again… a few days go by and nothing. So I call back and someone tells me that Yeti conducted an investigation and confirmed the 2nd Yeti was never shipped. The rep told me he would process the order and send me tracking and order confirmation later in the day via email. Instead I recieved a cancellation email. So I called back and I was told this was part of their process and that I would receive a new email with all the updated shipping info. A day or so later I receive a different email saying my order has been cancelled and I've been issued a refund due to the item no longer being available. Instead of offering me the same model in a different color they gave me a 10 dollar credit that I have to use in 30 days, but there is no coupon code attached. So I check my account and theres nothing there. Way to drop the ball Govx…..

I looked at the reviews to late.

My buddy who is LEO shared his account with me after he signed up. As soon as I checked out the site the prices seemed off. The other reviews are spot on, there is NO benefit to buying at govx. They make you register your first responder or military info to make it seem like it's exclusive special pricing, IT IS NOT. If you want actual discounts try OakleySI. They really do give first responders a nice discount on some of their merchandise. Govx is nonsense, you might as well just buy from Amazon.

I signed up for this site thinking that it would be similar to expertvoice, but when I compare the prices to other websites, they are almost always the same price or more expensive! A complete rip-off; they are just trying to take advantage of military/law enforcement/first responders. If you plan on using this site, make sure you compare prices for everything you look at because it's rarely a price that a normal person can't get from amazon or wal mart.

So grateful that I was able to get a military discount on my favorite brand which is Under Armor. I can assure you that they are not a scam and all who says it are bluffing. They are also true to their word with the moneyback rewards and a big discounts. Good service by them too.
