I actually was able to use the visa they provided, but they have sent me an invoice for it (i paid already) every single sunday for over a year since then. Not worth the hassle. If they contact me to resolve this I will give 5stars

Big Scammers

govietnamvisa ……. These guys are frauds. I recently got urgent visa done from them by paying 280 $ for the 15 mins service. I had to get it done again last minute at the airport because my name was mis spelled in the e visa application that I had earlier applied. They issued a fake temporary visa letter. They kept mentioning that they will provide with the proper letter soon but they just did not. I emailed them for refund which they were not willing to give.
Finally I complained to the American express credit card company to dispute and stop the transaction. Luckily, they helped and got my refund back.
But am sure not all companies would help you with refund so please save yourselves and do not use the website govietnamvisa

Worth the money? The expedited visa stamp may be worth $25. Saves time waiting in line. The additional $20 for the escort through customs and security is a rip off. Staff person disappeared after handing me the stamped passport. After having passport stamped by immigration I walked downstairs, picked up my bag and walked out through the "nothing to declare" exit. No assistance provided, none required.

It is a scam! Don't purchase from them!I had to pay another fee at VN, total $50/person, and wasted 2 hours waiting in line, and filled out another set of paperwork again. While airline agency charges only $35/person and no time wasting. So ridiculous! They are so rude when we ask for our money back. Don't waste your time and money with this website!

Not necessarily a scam but dodgy business practices.

They advertise a two year visa which apparently is no longer available at this moment – fine. They wanted to get me a letter for a 3 month visa which is not suitable.

Upon asking for a refund, they wanted to take 10% for nothing. Thankfully American Express doesn鈥檛 put up with dodgy vendors and has acted on my behalf.

Similar to most reviews here. I tried to get a visa through them but when the payment screen came up something went wrong and I could not figure out what to do next. So, I ended the session and got a visa through another company.
Although I never got a visa I get billed $18 every week to my PayPal account. They will not reply to my emails asking them to cease the billings.
I agree, they are a deceitful company that cannot be trusted.

This is a scam company. This company sends me a Paypal invoice every month for $36 for a service I never ordered. I started to fill out the paerwork on the website but did not complete it because I found the offical Vietnam government site for an official $25 visa. Despite repeated requests, they will not stop sending me an invoice. This company is a scam… DO NOT USE.

Search for the official government visa FAQs on how to apply.

I applied and paid for a visa to enter into Vietnam well in advance of my trip. Once I had paid for the visa I get an automatic email saying the visa had been downgraded and that the paperwork had already been sent to immigration.
Since then it has been almost 3 months and I'm still trying to get the excess funds I paid for a service, I didn't get.

They had done a tourist visa for me before however the moment I needed something more than that, they couldn't perform. Since then they promise every week I'll get my refund back, which to this date just hasn't happened.

Do not trust Go Vietnam Visa

Dishonest, will change their terms and policies on you. Website said that refunds will be processed provided that they have not submitted your visa. I cancelled within 10 minutes. After cancellation, they immediate respond and said my visa had already been processed, even though the status was still just "Paid". They then tried to change my fee into other services such as "rushed" (not necessary by the way) or driver fees, all which are more than 2x the cost of what you can get locally. Then they changed their policy to say that you only get 70% back.

Also wanted to point out that the reviews on their website (visa ShopperApproved) may look all good, but I looked into they system, and they get to choose who to send their reviews out to, so obviously with any orders that they have issues with, they will not be sending out requests for reviews to those customers.

My friend got ours done for $6 as opposed to their $36USD for much more professional services.

I chose govietnamvisa.com … but I had trouble with them. First I paid the amount they wrote that it was 35 dolar. While applying I wrote down from which country I am doing this request. They took the money from my credit card and then one week later they wrote me that Turkey is one of the special countries to get VOA SO the fee is higher. And they want 290 dolar more. And I want to cancel my visa request. They said they will give the 70 % back. And of course they didnot. I wrote back but they always said we will check the bank accounts. But they didin鈥檛. Now it has been 3 months I still didn鈥檛 take my money back. So don鈥檛 use this website. They are not reliable….

I paid US$255 to get a 15min "100% Guaranteed" Visa as I needed it within 2 hours. Despite what the website says, they were not able to issue the visa and it was a very disappointing experience. I'm still trying to get a refund from them which I hope they will come to their senses and refund me before lawyers need to get involved.

I have used govietnamvisa a few times – no complaints. And their airport speeed up service to avoid yourself having to que up was also very nice. So I was of course using them when my 75 year old mother in law needed a visa for her visit to Vietnam and I did as well book the airport speed up service.
But it took quite a few emails back and forth including sending them her electronic ticket before they figured out when her flight was arriving.
But when she finaly arrived in Hanoi airport – NO ONE from the company was there. Lots of staff from other visa companies was waiting to support their customers, but NONE from Govietnamvisa.com
I had even given them my phone number in case they had problems and I was waiting in the airport to greet her.
When I did not see any sign of her and most other passengers from the airline had left I tried to call Govietnamvisa.com – but they did not bother to pick up the phone, even though they claim it is a 24/7 service.
Finaly my mother in law showed up – she had been forced to figure out how to get her visa on her own.
When I later finaly got in touch with the company they started claiming that my mother in law had not been on the plane or maybe she had not looked for their staff. And with their firm policy of only answering the phone never calling you back but insisting to answer via email, it is quite difficult to keep a fruitful line of communication with them.
Finaly after many phone calls they found out that their staff had not been able to figure out when the plane arrived (very hard when you have the eticket) and they apologiesed and decided to return me the fee I had paid for the extra service.
DONT waste your time with this company – not to be trusted.
