FRAUD I PAID THE FEE. I NEVER RECEIVED PAPER WORK. I EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES. NO RESPONSE. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER. I HAVE COMPLAINED WITH BBB.

complete scam. Just a front to take your money. You can bypass them and go directly to other sites to get your documents

Total scam!!!!! Don鈥檛 use this service!!!! They charge horrible amounts for nothing!!! And after they charge the first amount they require more money in an envelope To complete the process.

Total scam. They don't provide anything. They fill in a form letter. Never follow up. I didn't receive my birth certificate and still waiting it's been 2 months. Scam artists. There is no contact number for them when the paperwork arrives. Their solution is to provide you with the states phone number. If i wanted to go online and fill out a form or call the state myself why wouldn't have hired them. No tracking and no refunds cause you can't contact them directly. The state and county have no idea who this company is, but they sure know who VitalCheck is and told me I should have used them. These clowns have zero clout or pull to expedite or even check on a request.

The passport renewal service takes advantage of people who are not familiar with the process, charging $179.95 to fill out a single sheet, which doesn't include the $110 cost for the actual government to process your application. The renewal form is not difficult, and is definitely not worth paying a third party to complete it for you, especially at this cost. Just follow the instructions they've clearly laid out at the official website.

Total scam. I used this company to renew my passport. I Paid $129.95 thinking it included the government fee to renew. Instead, they sent a renewal application and an addressed and prepaid Priority Mail envelope. I then discovered I still had to pay government fee of $110! Their website is very misleading and when you receive their package it includes a statement that there will be no refunds. Still, I plan to dispute with my payor.

They are very deceptive & STEAL your money. I thought I was applying for a birth certificate for my daughter and after they stole my money they informed me I had basically done was request the paperwork and that I still had to get the info from the state.

The customer service and experience was excellent! I reached out for assistance regarding two of my recent orders and the support team provided feedback almost immediately. I recommend the services provided by GovFilingsOnline to everyone!

****STOP, STOP this is not a valid way to get a new or renewed passport. I went to Michigan.gov, found a link, it took me to Govfilingsonline.com. Paid the $129.95 received a claim number, therefore I thought I was in the PASSPORT area. What this company does is send you an application to get your new or renewed passport. But remember I paid this company $129.95 to receive my passport, only to get an application from this company for a passport. I would have to pay twice, once to GOVFILINGSONLINE.COM (129.95) and to the US.DEPT. OF STATE (110.00).

Did not realize that this was a third party passport renewal service and placed an order but am able to renew myself. Contacted customer service and they were very responsive, cancelling my order despite me having signed a no cancellation policy. 5 stars for customer service, no idea if the renewal service actually works.
