Original ETA 9-21 working days:
1. Day 11: Arrived in Manila
2. Day 33: Dispatched to Cebu
3. Day 46: Arrived in Cebu
4. Day 47: Out for Delivery (For 23 days)
6. Day 70: Picked up by the recipient
After few days passed, "Out for delivery"
1. Day 5: Called hotline of managers, always reached a voicemail
2. Day 5: Emailed to 3 different support emails, no email for a week
3. Day 13: Opened enquiry in Hong Kong Post, received an email in 3 days.
4. Day 23: Asked recipient to pick up in person.
As per HK Post, investigation item was already in the post office but, the postman could not locate the address. Phil post thought updating status was not needed. The postman didn't even call the phone, If I hadn't enquired with Hong Kong post, they would have just taken the item for themselves. I think this is their usual tactics, keep the customer out and, if no one contacts, keep it for myself
