Have been huge fan of the sweet chilli cashews but noticed the quality has deteriorated over time. Culminated with the discovery of big clusters black furry mould in centre of the nuts. The only reason we split the nuts open was because there was an odd taste which was noticeable over the thick coat of seasoning outside of the nut. There were a fair few nuts that were like this. It was really horrifying to think we had eaten these nuts. I tried to email the company but hadn't received any response.

Placed an order, four weeks later will have to call my credit card company and cancel the charges. According to Gourmet Nut website the order is "pending." Have tried call customer service twice and have not been able to reach anyone.

The first four orders I placed took about two weeks each to arrive. The products were very good so I did not mind the shipping time. Order number five placed 5 weeks ago never arrived. Calling them met with excuses and promises that the order would ship the next day. Nothing has arrived and they no longer answer the phone. BEWARE, looks like this site is finished. It certainly is in my book.

I placed three orders here. All took over 3 weeks to arrive. I was happy with my first order quality and price and thought the wait may have been a fluke. Wrong! Quality went downhill fast. By my third order, the roasted nuts are burnt, the roasted cashews are rancid, and the rest of the order is obviously very old (noticeable by taste and dryness). Customer service does not exist. A friend also used the website and ended up having to call their credit card company to revoke the charge after a month with no product and being unable to get any customer service.

Placed an order and received an email that it had shipped 3 days later when it actually did not ship until 10 days later. When received, the product was extremely stale. Customer service is non-existent. Sent several emails to address they have on website and never received a response. Called several times and each time could not get a person and was prompted to leave a message, which I did. Received no reply.
