Well, I had an amazing service – I placed the order Tuesday and the goods arrived Friday morning. The bottles were extremely well packed in a special polystyrene bottle holder inside a robust cardboard box. The price of our Danish aquavite was amazing, too. Just one note about communications: no acknowledging email after I placed the order and no advance warning of the UPS delivery – luckily the box could be placed in my porch. No hesitation in using them again!

I was very sceptical about using this site because of all the bad reviews on here. I honestly can say it was a superb experience. I ordered 2 bottles of Grey Goose 1L and an Absolut 1L on the 3rd of July….I got a tracking number on the 4th and it arrived on the 9th (to Ireland). All 3 bottles were correct in size. I haven't tried any of them yet but they look legitimate. Maybe I am the lucky customer that did have a good experience but I couldn't fault them. The delivery charge is expensive but you know what you are going to be paying so if you don't like it,you don't have to buy here.

Ordered 3 bottles of grey goose vodka on the 16th of may 2020,not received yet nearly 2 months later!! Emailed numerous times but not had a response to any of them! Tried calling also but no answer at all! 拢102 which seems like I have lost as if no one answers my emails how am I supposed to get my money back!!! What a joke!!

ordered 10 x bottles spirits 6 x bottles of same 1 litre bottles and received 6 x bottles , 3 x flavour ordered and 3 x different flavour , opened 1 by mistake , they do accept open returns even though their mistake , and then want me to package and send others back before refund or replacement , the cost to them is more than twice the cost of items , i said i would accept refund for opened bottle but they wont acknowledge this or fact this costs more in transfer costs, must be completely stupid in all departments from picking to accounts will never use again

My order arrived repackaged by UPS as two of my bottles were damaged in transit. Sent 2 emails and one online contact form to try to resolve – which were all completely ignored. No customer care whatsoever. Will not use again due to this experience.

A bottle was missing from my order upon delivery. Have sent numerous emails both through my online account and directly. None have had a response in 3 weeks now. Paid additional postage too.

Having had 2 good deliveries, when I ordered the third I received no confirmation although the money was gone from my account. Worried, I tried to get in touch but it was a week before I could get through by phone. I was reassured the money would be returned. I am still well out of pocket over 3 weeks later.

Communication before dispatch was terrible. Was informed the item had been sent and then 2 weeks later the courier tracking info was still showing as them not having received the package.
After I submitted two refund requests via Amazon pay (which were ignored) the items were sent.
When they arrived, two out of the four bottles of gin were different to what I ordered.

Will never use this company again – you get what you pay for I guess.
Awful – avoid.

Absolutely fantastic service! Placed an order of brandy Monday afternoon, arrived Friday morning from Spain to the UK. Well packaged to avoid breakages. Would definitely recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Excellent choice of spirit and easy ordering but disgusting customer service. I order 11 spirits but only received 10 so I emailed them minutes after opening the boxes only to be ignored, left it a few days and sent another email only to be ignored again.
Needs to get their customer services sorted

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!
STOLEN MY BOTTLES which I paid for!!!
I made an order for 7 bottles of various rums. I received 2 bottles short and 0,7l instead 1 litre which I paid for!!!
I emailed many times and asking for help but no reply!!!
I found out that is much more people like I who been cheated the same way.

Do not trust and don鈥檛 buy from this company!
I will never use them again! NEVER!!!!

Courier ticket made same day as order
Anyone who complains about long delivery times should blame the courier ups, not gourmet en casa as they process the order immediately. In my case, it took a few days for ups to collect the package from gourmet en casa and then get it to me. Delivery took two weeks in total, so still not bad.
As far as delivery costs are concerned, you need to buy in bulk to make your order cost effective by diluting the delivery cost.
Check gourmet en casa delivery costs chart on their website.
I can highly recomend this company to others and I will carry on placing orders for as long as I can before any changes to customs happen (or I have any negative experiences that others have mentioned here on trustpilot)

Made 3 orders each time for 12 litres of various drinks,first 2 fine 3rd one turned up 2 bottles short I emailed 3 times in English asking to sort it out no reply, sent the same email twice in Spanish (using Google translate) still no reply. Do not trust this company any more will never use again.

First order was fine, second order I was sent 70cl bottles rather than litre bottles which I had ordered. i reported this immediately, and in numerous follow up messages. ALL of my messages were ignored. Very poor (non-existant) customer service and a disgusting approach to business. Do you just ignore all customer issues? Will never order again and urge anyone else thinking about it not to bother.

Ordered 4 bottles of vodka. Prices seemed cheap until you add on the hefty delivery charges. Delivery took over 2 weeks however 1 of the bottles was incorrect. Contacted customer service who advised I can return the bottle and they will send the correct one but this could have taken up to 4 weeks. They said I can be refunded the difference in price, still waiting after nearly 3 weeks with no response to any of my emails. Avoid and just buy from the supermarket. Avoid the hefty charges, 2 weeks waiting time, incorrect items and poor customer service.

I purchased six bottles of gin totalling 拢113.16 on 03/05/2020 which all arrived 2 weeks later.
I emailed the company on receipt of delivery with a query to my order, namely the Greenalls Wild Berry gin. This came in a clear liquid (it's supposed to be pink) and didnt taste of the wild berry I've had before. The bottle was also different. I have purchased this variety of gin on numerous occasions in the UK so I'm aware of its taste and the colouring. It makes me think it's the wrong gin that's been bottled, or perhaps could even be counterfeit?
To date I haven't received a response from the company as to what has happened.
I have since opened two other bottles of gin which I purchased and compared the taste to the exact same gin I bought from a UK supermarket recently. The taste was different (UK purchase had more flavour than the one bought from this company). In my opinion I dont believe their products to be genuine, which is dangerous as who knows what you could be drinking. And after the delivery charge of over 拢20 I would say its definitely safer and cheaper to buy elsewhere.

I ordered 8 bottles of Spanish gin 17 days ago and just arrived via UPS, very well packed, no breakages. I was a little worried after reading some reviews, 1 person claiming his vodka was fake. This isn鈥檛 the case. I have smelt the gin mare and nordes Galician gin and I鈥檝e drunk enough of these 2 to know they are the real thing (also compared to empty bottles I had for making my own sloe gin and they are identical apart from some of the writing is in Spanish rather than English, of course as it came from Spain…). The prices are fantastic, 1L of gin mare was 拢32. For comparison it鈥檚 拢39.50 in Waitrose for a 70cl bottle. Postage isn鈥檛 cheap but gets cheaper the more you order so best to stock up a little! The only thing I could complain about is they didn鈥檛 reply to a message I sent to them. I imagine short staffed during Covid lockdown (or don鈥檛 speak English?!) I鈥檇 definitely use again.

They might have the lowest prices anywhere on the web but their 拢14 delivery (from Spain!) puts them right back on par with most UK supermarkets.

Three separate orders with this company. One arrived within 7days, another is still sitting in their warehouse after 7 days, yet another has been sitting in their warehouse for three weeks. all my orders were fully paid for, all have an order number, and all have a tracking number for UPS. BUT, ups have not been given two of my orders and Gourmet en Casa do not answer my messages or emails. I would advise anyone buying from this company to pay CASH ON DELIVERY, or they could end up like me, out of pocket, out of goods and out of communication

I put 2 stars because I received my order. I though I would never receive it. Received a different vintage wine that the one I ordered. Unresponsive seller did not dare to answer my two messages. Chaotic buying process as they sent me an erroneous tracking number. Avoid.
