I've been buying from GotVape since 2005, and they are awesome. I keep buying from them because they offer reliable products and a good selection. I also like that they review the products and often have videos explaining how to use them. But their customer service is where they really shine. I had to contact them because I messed up an order I was placing and I forgot to enter a coupon code before submitting the order, which would have given me a discount. They went ahead and gave me the discount, even though I'd already placed the order and, in all fairness, it was my mistake. But I know they value my business and I appreciate that, which is why I will continue to purchase from them.

I bought my battery at a little vape shop in my neighborhood and never heard of this brand before but gave it a try because the guy at the shop had good things to say about it. So glad I did! had a couple of questions after getting So I emailed them and got such a quick and and helpful responses! I couldn鈥檛 be happier with my purchase and trust them to help me with any questions i have with my device In the future. Thank you!!

My order had an issue with the USB port. I was highly upset bc I thought I fixed it, but ultimately the USB port (and cord) never allowed me to charge my new battery. I thought I wasted my money and reached out to customer service in extreme frustration… The best part of this story is that customer service was some of the best customer service I have EVER experienced lol

My brother suggested I buy this brand because he loves his! I haven鈥檛 used mine yet, but their customer service is awesome! My package came damaged; it was torn at the top, and the vape had fallen out…they sent me a new one right away though! Thanks!!

I recieved an exxus dues for Christmas last year, it's been great. I bought another in October. It stopped charging today. I contacted customer support, they watched a video of the defective product, and they're mailing me out a replacement this week. Great customer service, and company. I will be doing alot more business with you guys. Thank you so much!!!

I absolutely love my Exxus Snap, I have two now. One I got as a gift and then I purchased a backup. I鈥檝e had the first one for almost a year and it鈥檚 still like the first day I got it.
