The repetitsion is just too much and same live match on 3 paid channel too bad

If I could give zero stars I would. The bad customer service and frequent technical issues are very frustrating. My channels are never restored immediately after a payment no matter how many times I use their "fix error" codes. Plus half the time there's bad service so the channels don't show, yet gotv doesn't increase viewing days to compensate, sometimes my service is even scrambled a day early to its expiration. I'll have to toss it out soon. Its just sad that they get away with this cause they know in nigeria, they don't have a lot of competitors .

My honest experience is that gotv is now becoming boring and more boring day by day. All I know is that putting all the interesting channels on gotvmax or gotvjolli is not encouraging at all. You guys should help us upgrade the other package too.
And it will also be fine, if gotv too can also be watched on the go.
Lastly, pls help us always make the channels clear..I mean they should always play well. For instance Telemundo channels was a mess yesterday ,and this has always been so…..I mean total mess…it was just skipping from morning till night.

These people are the worst. I paid for gotv since morning on a Sunday and waited for hours for it to start but no way. The first agent I spoke to said I should be patient, the second said I should the patient and the third claimed he had technical issues with the system yet he took my call. I am furious. Honestly, gotv is the worst buy ever. I think I鈥檒l have to throw the decoder away.

GoTV is the answer that Kenyans have been waiting for. Their support service might be a bit slow in response, but their packages are the best alternative to the non-affordable premium cable services that existed prior.
