GoTrip1

For our honeymoon, we booked our flights with GoTrip1 to Europe. When we were slated to return (last week), the pilot strikes happened and Lufthansa canceled all our flights. Desperate because we had to return to work, we booked new flights. Lufthansa assured that we would get a refund, but when I finally spoke to someone there – they said I had to get the refund through the agent. I have been trying for days to get a hold of someone at GoTrip1. No one answers any emails, the phone line is disconnected. I'm beginning to think this is just a big scam.

GoTrip1, I never heard this name before. When I asked my friend whether it would be reliable to book with them, he gave me assurance. It was a new name, but the service was better than the key market players were. I booked my flight tickets to India for a vacation. They not only changed my experience to deal with a professional travel agency, but I definitely earned a good friend. Thanks, you will be there for all my trips!
