Items not as described. Faulty products. No one answers emails, not helpful at all. Terrible company. They are scamming people and using COVID as an excuse as to why their phones don鈥檛 work. Do not buy from their company.

I bought their scooter for 299.99 worked ok first day than it started to wobble, then the nuts and bolts jarred loose! They say I can ride scooter up to 12 mile not!!!! I was only able to get 4 miles! Now the breaks won't work! Anyways this review concerns their customer service I cannot get ahold of them because their phones are down, and they are unresponsive to emails! Look everyone this is why people are losing confidence in the whole tech sector! Ugh!!!
