Hello my name is Rosine NSIMBA BELANA . I have made a booking through your website with a company called Mauritania airlines on the 15th August . I was supposed to travel from Abidjan to Dakar for a wedding but the company cancelled the flights . I have contacted your customer service agents more than 30 times in 3 days . As soon as they are trying to transfer me to the rebooking service I can wait 1 hour and then it hangs up. If the Reeboking is impossible I need a refund please . So that I can take another company on another website .

Scammers!
I had a travel booked at the end of April to Bangkok. It was for our honeymoon.
The airline company has confirmed me that they have refunded GotoGate but they never refunded me. I am very disappointed as I thought I could trust them. We won鈥檛 be able to go on a honeymoon as we don鈥檛 have the budget anymore to do so. You should be ashame of stilling people!

Avoid at all costs – do not use this company unless you can afford to lose your money and endure endless upset and frustration in the process. They are refusing to issue a refund for my cancelled flights (due to Covid-19) claiming that Virgin Atlantic's policy is to implement a 100% penalty on refund requests! Of course I checked this with Virgin, and their exact words were: "this is a lie, our policy is to give all cancelled tickets a full refund". GoToGate asked me to get this in writing on email from Virgin, which I did. I sent it as requested and now when I call to discuss it, they put me on hold for 60 minutes with no warning until I gave up & hung up. And even now, despite having written confirmation from Virgin Atlantic that a full refund with no penalty applies, GoToGate continue to give me the runaround by quoting false clauses. I am at my wit's end, but I will not give up. I just feel terrible for anyone who does not have the time or the resources to chase them to the end, as surely they are robbing innocent people of their money back. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be reporting them to the appropriate regulatory body too.

Disgusting service Disgusting service – they received my cancellation and acknowledged it and then said I needed to again to send a cancellation. I did and followed up 5 times and they ignored my requests. Air China has put an official notice on site saying all 999 tickets due to Corona virus will be refunded. I did this on 1 Feb already 8 days before my flight. The staff are arrogant and just keep saying they cannot refund. Completely illegal and will never use this company again. Thoroughly regret buying through them and will lodge official complaints with CEO and SKYSCANNER and all channels possible.This is ILLEGAL.

I booked 3 flights from them and less than 24h after booking I got a cancellation of one of my routes. I called the service centre and to my surprise, they replied right the way. The man on the phone was extremely kind, he answered to my very many questions, and since I was concerned about my other flights, he doubled checked that all my other connections were 100% confirm. Thus, I am giving a leap of faith to this website. I have not traveled yet though, of course, so I have to wait. Yet I honor the fact that they informed me so soon about the cancelation via e-mail, and supported me over the phone right the way. If something weird happens, I will of course do a tougher review later on hehe!

Since the airline we were flying with from Cuzco to Lima was bankrupt, we had to buy new tickets.
This is something we reckon GOTOGATE cover when we didn't get any message or money returned.

The whole order was riddled with extra fees, one which I weren't even able to tick off (totalling 297 NOK more). Was also additional fee for paying with credit card which weren't mentioned earlier.

It's simply unacceptable to list a price and in reality adding more when you get to the order. Edges to scam.
