This company does not respond to emails or phone calls and if you do eventually get a response they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They simply steal your money. Buyers beware book through the official site and do not deal with Gotogate. Would give negative star rating if I could

Very bad Agency, very bad customer service you have been warened
I would strongly advise you NEVER to book travel through this agency. The company do not respond to emails and all my calls, booked a flight for my husband to Monteral. I cancelled the ticket before 24 hrs because of covid and they don't want to make for me refund, I loose 1000 $! Don't try and call – there is no answer. I feel I have been robbed by GOTOGATE.

After providing me with a voucher for cancelled flight due to COVID, this voucher is a scam!
They asked me to pay another 180 euros on top of the voucher as 'extra costs', then they send me and email that the order is unable to confirm, but they did take 180 euros from my account. Customer service is no help… they tell me to email but no response on the email. After the fake voucher (580 euros) they stole another 180 euros… Go to gate are frauds! Don't ever book with them.

I booked flights via GoToGate just before the pandemic hit and so I was offered a voucher to rebook flights at some point. I've now attempted to use this voucher twice and both times I have endured the same process…
1. I book the flights;
2. I receive a message saying they will "confirm" the rebooking within 24 hours (with a sly caveat that the prices may go up in that time… guess what happens next!);
3. I receive a message saying I have 24 hours to pay 拢XX as the prices have increased or they will cancel the booking (not to mention they already charge a "rebooking handling fee");
4. I check the prices with the airlines and see nothing has changed;
5. I attempt to complain but they don't respond to emails and/or leave me in lengthy waiting lines which never get shorter (I think I could end up in an asylum if I have to endure hearing "your estimated wait time is 12 minutes" over and over again every minute for over an hour);
6. After stubbornly waiting it out, I eventually get through on the phone to someone who tells me they need to redirect me to a different team and then the waiting time varies anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours…
7. Despite attempting to dispute this mysterious increase in the ticket prices (which is totally fabricated as I'd been checking the airline websites and running the search on GoToGate again to find there has been no change in prices), because I did not pay the additional cost they cancel the booking and take over a week to allow me to rebook using the voucher again;
8. I attempt the rebook and undergo the exact same process again.
So here I am, with two days to go until my voucher expires and no doubt once it has expired they'll tell me it is invalid and I failed to rebook in time. So there we have it, GoToGate will have managed to worm their way out of having to provide me with new flights for a service I had already paid for with them.
All I can say is that they are appalling. I am not one to often write reviews but here we are, disgraced by these charlatans performing an act which I can only hope is illegal but I imagine, even if it is illegal, they will evade consequence and remain unscathed. So I hope that in spreading this message, word-of-mouth will simply decimate them for their crooked practices.

My booking order is LOROB6. Unable to contact them no customer service at all. Gave me credit voucher and im unable to uses it GF-ZJLWFZAY. Unable to login using the booking order and my email. Worst experience ever in my entire life. Tried to call on the no. They gave on their website which is directed to an automated message with 4 option doesnt proceed further. They are bad bad bad. Please dont book ur tickets though them. They are big cheaters

Will never be using GOTOGATE again. They ruined my holiday on top of that said they will get my refund and charge me 拢30 which I agreed to then after 5 months instead of deducting 拢30 they took 拢141.06 apparently its there company policy and when I rang up to complain they said they don't take complaints over the phone. Been cheated out of my family holiday and money. My advice please stay well clear of this company

The man I spoke to today Raul Rao (apparently senior associate schedule change) does not know what his job description is. All he kept saying was 鈥榶es yes yes' and did not listen whatsoever. It's like talking to a wall or worse. A wall would probably show more empathy.
Will never use gotogate because of the constant misleading information I was being fed. Wasted my time calling and emailing.

Customer service is attrocious. Trying to contact them is difficult. The airline repaid them but they keep hold of the money for longer despite giving the impression they will help you get refunds quicker through them and then charge you for the dreadful service. It seems to me that they like other companies in the airline industry will only repay when you finally manage to speak to someone in person otherwise its just delay after delay.

I booked two flights through Gotogate in June, which were both cancelled shortly afterwards. I took it upon myself to contact the airline to request a refund, as Gotogate only offered a voucher. The airline refunded my money in early July… but to Gotogate, as they were the booking agent. And since then… I have written to Gotogate three times, and yet still have no response, let alone my money back. Absolute outrage鈥攃an only urge everyone to avoid booking through this page. You risk losing your money!

I booked flights with Gotogate which were cancelled in April due to COVID19. I haven't received a refund nor have I even received confirmation that I'm going to get a refund. I understand the challenges of the current climate, however it's now been 6 months where absolutely nothing has been done about this. I've called customer services and they're not able to assist with a refund but instead insist of charging me a 拢30 admin fee for their cancellation! I'm extremely disappointed with Gotogate and never want to use them again.

Horrible company. Book direct with operators if possible. I booked and paid for an internal flight within the UK. When I arrived at check-in the ticket wasn't valid and had to buy another ticket in the airport. Customer support told me that my order number wasn't valid and failed to respond or refund my payment. 拢200 down the drain, absolute crooks

I was not allowed to get on board as I was not informed in-time to undergo PCR test for COVID19. Now being at Narita airport, I wished this ticket be shifted to next day or let me know about its full refund. But no feedback.
After getting quick help, I could have moved for buying new ticket or stayed one day more near airport to board an alternatively arranged booking.

No sense of behaviour with Customer. This company should hire good people or better to close the company. They don't know the correct rules and regulations and bring their own rules. Waited for 1.5 hrs on call and got my life's worst experience with Customer care. They don't have basic sense while talking with Customer. Agent named Deepak is a crap behaviour and it was an argumentative call. Regret booking here.

Unfortunately, I booked a Flight inside Australia through this platform. Due to Covid-19 we were not even able to get to the departure destination (Broome). I contacted Gototgate twice before the flight, with no reply. I have submitted 3 (!) times a request for a refund through their platform getting useless automated messages in reply. The company for which they sold us a ticket (Airnorth) is not even mentioned on their website. As others said: Liars and Scammers! Don't use them ever!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I booked a flight through them which was cancelled by the airline. The airline confirmed I could amend or have a full refund with no additional charges. GoToGate told me they would charge me 拢30 for the refund for their administration costs. I explained what Turkish Airlines had told me but she refused to give me a full refund. Now I'm waiting for the refund. Who knows how long that will be.

Don't ever trust this company! I booked a flight via gotogate with wizzair from London to Vienna. Wizzair cancelled my flight 3 days before and never got informed by Wizzair or Gotogate. I've been trying for weeks to contact gotogate to get a refund, they never answered my cas. Once the answered and hanged off the phone! They even said that I have to pay 30 application fee of I want to get a refund for my ticket. I've been traveling for years and gotogate is by far the worst company I've ever used

I wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely horrendous customer service. Over 20+ hours on hold over the course of the past two months, literal lies told to us about future travel vouchers and rebookings. They even told us it was our responsibility to get in touch with the airline to release our tickets in order for gotogate to issue us a voucher? The airline even laughed at this stating that was the whole point of booking through a travel agency such as gotogate. Never use this joke of a business.

Do no book ticket with Go To Gate! If anything goes wrong and your flight is cancelled, they will not help you. We tried calling them a dozen times, just to be on the phone for hours. They will play this game saying its the airline who needs to give you the refund but this is not true. We lost 1700 euros for a flight that was cancelled and we never got our money and were not given the option to reschedule flight. From now on I am booking directly with the airline even if it's more expensive because it will save you all the hours on the phone and a lot of hassle.

First of all,i wish I had read the reviews on internet about Gotogate before I booked my flight. Booked a one way ticket thru Gotogate in march. The flight have been canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. Since april i am trying to get a refund from Gotogate. This agency is catastrophic for the refund of flights and after aproximate 5 months of waiting i still havent received my refund. They do not answer to emails or phone calls either and i couldnt get in touch with them. More than that they also refused refused the chargeback.
And AVOID THIS AGENCY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!

This company is a SCAM. Do not use them. My flights were cancelled and they have not given me a refund.
I have tried for months to get in touch with them, their phone lines arent working and they don't reply to emails or complaints on their website.
The only thing they reply to is when I attempt to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Gotogate is terrible.

Never go with GOTO GATE. Absolutely the most useless company I have ever purchased from.
I tried to get them to help me and they forced me to pay fees. When I refused to pay these fees because these changes were out of my control, I spoke to management and supervisors who assured they would help me. 2 months go by and have received absolutely no help or communication. In the end I lost $320 AUD because of service fees, non-refundable taxes and non-refundable extras I bought from this company.
Absolutely please do not use this company. Extremely exploitative to charge money for a refund I was forced to get because the Australian government will not let me travel due to Corona Virus. I bought these tickets prior to flight restrictions and it meant absolutely nothing. Do not use Go To gate. You vote with every dollar.

Paid over $700 in 02/2020 for Silver Airways tickets via Gotogate. Flights were cancelled over10 weeks ago and still ZERO refund! Both companies prefer to blame the other but in the meantime I'm out my money and received NO SERVICE FROM EITHER! I've provided ticket numbers, booking numbers, screenshots, etc. and nada! Don't take the bait! These guys haven't proven to be legit!!
