We were planning to go to Okinawa but decided to cancel our trip because of Corona virus after checking ANA website. ANA website said it's 100% refundable if the reason is because of Corona. I contacted gotogate and got a reply that said they will get me back by 4p.m. on March 2nd (My flight was eary morning on 3rd.) NO REPLY. So I called them and they just said it's no refundable. Their cancellation policy says if the ticket is refundable or not follows the refund policy of each airline company. I tried to contact them once again but had never connected.
The price is cheap but the worst customer service.
NEVER BUY ANY TICKETS AT GOTOGATE!!!

They charge much higher cancellation fees compared to other agents such as expedia, tripair, etc. Bad customer service as well ie every time we call we get different information its very confusing. Avoid if u can.

I flew from Narita to Gold Coast 3/11/2018. I bought tickets online with surfboard fee . 137146yen+14200yen. But at the court at Narita. Jet Star re change 14490yen. Otherwise I couldn't got on.
