Run away from this company.
No customer service.
Due to a bug my luggage was canceled with no solution to rebook.

Don't order from them. After spent time & ordered the ticket, the flight was canceled by the Air Company (Ukraine Airlines). GotoGate did not full refund . I lost more when 100 USD

They charge a lot of extra for flexible tickets. However, if you want to actually take advantage of this and rebook a ticket, there is almost no chance that they won't add extra fees. There is no option to rebook online the way you would on most airline websites, but have to call them on a UK phone number, no matter where in the world you are. We called to rebook 3 months ahead of time, asking to change a single ticket from early November to January (which is usually a cheaper airline month), giving them a whole week of flexibility with an airline that has several of these flights departing each day. They could not find a single flight within this week that would not raise the cost by at least $150 USD. This is despite the original airline's website showing these tickets as much cheaper than the original one purchased! but go prove this over the phone… All of this could have been avoided if this could have been done online, but I guess transparency is not in their best interest.

To gotogate customer sevice,
You sold me a ticket with checked in luggage added only in one direction. Do you really expect someone to fly to his/her destination and not bring the suitcase back, but leave it there on the street? ABSURD!!!
It should have been included in the ticket in both directions from the very beginning without saving money on your customers!!! If you care about your customers, I would like a reply..

I don't even have the time to accurately describe the ordeal Gotogate put me through over the several months we've been in contact,
but this company is without a doubt the worst I've ever had the misfortune of giving my money to.

Terrible customer service representatives, full of misinformation, flat out lying, unprofessional and unreliable communicating with the customer, and of course – take there sweet time processing the refund.

Just don't do it, find any other company and book with them.

I paid 1879 euros of.flights for my familly. The flight was cancelled cause of air mediterranee bankrupt. At first, Gotogate assured me they will reimburse me. Then they make me wait 4 months, then after many many mails and phone calls, they finished to reject all responsability and refused to reimburse me. It is a shame!!!!!!! The Official liquidator reimbursed them in order to reimburse their customers. They still REFUSE TO REIMBURSE AND KEEP ON NOT ANSWER MY MAILS. The Official Liquidator forced them to reimburse their customers. Gotogate/Etraveli don t answer, and do the dead. Don t trust their customer support answer, they let on Trustpilot. I contacted hundred times their customer support, they are like robots that answer programmed mails, and never try to find solutions, or understand your problem. It is a shame to Gotogate to make believe people they are a serious agency. Gotogate and Etravely are not serious. Think about that before booking via Gotogate.. this agency keep.your money and in case of flight problem. They let you down. Run away from this agency.
