I booked 4 tickets on 3 separate credit card and got 3 confirmation emails.
Aday later I got two emails saying that flights had been cancelled due to a technical issue. I now suppose that last reservation are active but when I look at the website it says no info available for any of the bookings. However, when I downloaded you app Gotogate all reservations were there, so I鈥檓 not sure what is going on and I can鈥檛 find anywhere for support

It look to me good opinion about the company as am cut my ticket through them but before i cut one ticket to my daughter and request help by phone but they not help me at all and more of that the dealing of the customer fellow it is rude and lost the journey

Irreliable website that lacks professionalism…. I made a reservation to the states but knew that I can't not do the second leg of my ticket since it was a two schingen transit… Called them after I didn't receive an answer on email. Asked to return the ticket with penalty or change my return flight to meet the visa requirements and pay the penalty or any expenses. But their ignorant agent kept me on hold for 38 minutes on international call and told he could do nothing and that there are no other routes from Boston to Cairo other than through Paris and Rome!! Thus I will have to book another return flight. DO NOT USE GOTOGATE.

Easy use website like any other online booking, nothing special!
There is no currency convertor, which makes me confused from SEK to EUR while I would like to see USD.
The add-on services such as seat selection which in principle are free of charge by airline carrier; this reduced my trust in Gotogate to be the best price!
Why there is a discount based on the payment method, it should be for all since we are doing an online transaction and already sharing big data. It would be significant to share about the free services that VISA or Mastercard offer such as free travel insurance, free baggage insurance, and open access to the airport lounge all are based on card type!

The mobile application is useless since a person can't have a profile. I did not understand what would be different from the web interface.

More improvement and customization is needed! It is just a poor experience for public service. I am looking forward to the feedback, and I hope honest feedback does not impact my current reservation negatively!
