I was "subscribed" to this service without my ok. Called to cancel today and of course the Canadian company rep was from Asia and barely spoke English. She said she would send subscription cancellation to email and still have not gotten it. Cancelling credit card is a pain but my only option now. BEWARE of this company in my opinion
