The order took ages to actually get shipped, and when it did get shipped it took even longer to arrive on account of it actually being shipped from China. When it finally did arrive, the material felt quite cheap, and what was advertised as leather detailing on a hoodie was actually wafer thin plastic fabric, the kind that cheap drawstring bags are made of.

appalling. they sent a coat that literally bore no resemblance to the one in the picture! I asked them to refund my money and have heard nothing back.

I buy a hoodie on april 4th, they said that in 1 week the order would be processed, but in 3 weeks nothing happens. Yesterday I sent a ticket to the support, asking them to give me back the money, I do not want the hoodie and they respond me saying that the order is being processed and that it will be sent soon. I wrote them back saying that i don't want the hoodie, I want my money, and they didin't answer me
