Ordered combat boots April 16 ,. Got tracking number and email saying they were shipped. No tracking update since May 9. It's now June 11 and still no boots. From the reviews I'm not seeing they probably will be junk anyway . I'm out $190 and from I'm seeing I won't get leather IF my some miracle they do arrive . I looked for reviews before ordering and couldn't find any so I just figured I'd take a shot . I've wanted these boots for over a year . Sure which I'd found this page before I ordered .

Terrible. AWFUL customer service. I tried to cancel before they even shipped and was given the run around for days before they went ahead and just shipped it. Stolen designs (which I didn't realize at the time of purchase.) Jacket arrived and it was a cheap bulky knock off plastic version that hardly looked like the picture. No returns. Went to the thrift store. $50 down the drain.

This company is the WORST. Their merchandise takes forever to receive because it comes from china and when you do get the items, they do not take returns, they want you to buy another produce and they give you 50% off and they think they are giving you a deal! They items they sell are cheap and not even worth the cost that they charge. They are bad business all around! Stay Away!

The cheapest material I've ever seen the zipper is cheap, and it smells, I'm also missing 2 items. This company is bad business. Not satisfied at all.

$ 60 for a very poor quality pair of boots that smell very bad. I think the plastic will be destroyed after a few uses. No possibility to leave reviews on their site

Wow… I've never purchased anything from such an unethical crooked company. The only reason these people are in business is because you can't leave reviews on their site and their return policies are succccch BS. Sketchy. I attempted to cancel my order in less than 24 hours after reading the horrible reviews. It prompted me to check the item I purchased online.. a leather jacket. Or at least so the title said. Turns out NONE of their items are leather. All made of plastic. But every item is titled leather. So, since I actually can't have PU in my home (won't get into that allergic catastrophe) I attempted to cancel my order. I called the customer service number at no avail and sent TEN emails over the course of 7 days. The first time they responded they called me by the wrong name and didn't address the issue at all. The second time they responded the only part of the issue they commented on was "you can't cancel an order if it has been over 4 hours since the order was placed" …4 hours? What!? Suuuuuuper crooked company. Their policies are really messed up. Clearly just trying to get away with selling cheap stolen crap. Reporting them in all ways.

Good gracious, I managed to read those three previous reviews before ordering something on Deadly Girl. I had that feeling something was wrong with their marchandise, and I finally found what.
They never told anywhere the clothes they sell on their website comes from other companies. I recognise them, such as Poizen, Cotyx, or Vixxen. This is a freaking good hint that they will send you crap.

Don't order anything from them. Ever.

First off, Gothic Garb is now going by the name "Deadly Girl" and is on DeadlyGirl.com.

I ordered a top from DeadlyGirl.com. They had a phone number and satisfaction guarantee, so I took the chance. Wow, was that a mistake.

The first issue was that they immediately started spamming me multiple times a day. The first email said, "Please confirm subscription. You won't be subscribed if you don't click the confirmation link above." I didn't confirm, but got multiple spams a day.

Fed up, I tried calling them, only to be met with an unprofessional recorded message saying I needed to email. So – really angry, at this point – I did email. I complained about the spam, their unprofessionalism, and cancelled the order. They didn't reply to the email until a couple of days after, apologising for the spam and not acknowledging the cancellation at all. I complained again, with no response, and got an email saying the order had been dispatched four days later.

The item purchased was the "New Leather Buckle Long Flare Top". When it arrived, the buckles weren't leather, but cheap vinyl. I contacted them to arrange a return for full refund, as the product wasn't as described, and they claimed the product description said it was fake leather. They had actually CHANGED THE DESCRIPTION. I have a PDF of the page, including the URL and date, showing very clearly that nowhere does it say the leather is fake.

They relented, agreeing to provide a full refund. I sent the item with tracking, and it arrived at the owner's Kentucky home three days later. Two weeks passed, and no refund. When I contacted them, they demanded a tracking number – even though the owner received it over two weeks prior. I provided the number, and they told me I'd have to wait another 7-10 days for a refund. That's nearly two months from when I had the misfortune of ordering from them, and I still don't have my money back.

They don't answer their prominent phone number. They answer emails days later, if at all. They sign you up for spam you never asked for. They will change the description of an item, to avoid letting you return it. And most of all, they don't honour their satisfaction guarantee, found at the bottom of every page on the site.

They're unethical, and based on the terrible quality of the one item I did receive, there is no way it's worth the risk to buy from them.

The items are cheaply made and 3 sizes too big. Made in China and poorly made. The items you pay for and receive are nothing like the photo or description. Don't waste your money

The items look nothing like the pictures! Cheap fabric and construction. They don't fit anything like what's shown on the site. If you read their return policy they state they don't accept returns for "low quality". That should be your first red flag right there. They don't stand behind their merchandise or accept returns because they know they are selling over priced cheap garbage & would be bankrupt if they did. BUYER BEWARE
