I bought from Gotapparel Amazon but post office delivered my package to wrong mail box when I contacted Gotapparel.com they immediately refunded my money and guided me how to find the package which I finally got it from our neighbors mail box. Products quality is amazing then they charged me with discount and proved they are the best!

We ordered shirts and when received they were not the quality expected. I immediately sent a request to return the shirts and to my surprise was told we were refunded 100% and to keep the shirts as it would cost money. It's nice to know great customer service still exists.

I have been ordering tshirts, hoodies, and sweaters with Gotapparel since early 2017 and have always had great success. For the first time I was sent the wrong product in one or my large orders; thus I brought it to their attention. Chris S. followed up with me within 12hours of the request and is sending me out the product with no hesitation.
I am a rational consumer and understand mistakes happen so it wasnt a big deal, especially with his quick response and fixing the issue. There was no hoops and fuss, he apologized and rectified the issue. I appreciate how quickly he got this done. I will continue to shop here for my business needs.

Needed aprons in 3 different colors for craft project – items excellent quality and received quickly, There was a minor billing issue that was MY fault – customer service rep Christopher solved it quickly and with a smiling attitude that conveyed even over the phone, I will shop there again. Hello, just had a great customer experience with Christopher at Got Apparel. I ordered a shirt for my son and after trying it on, we realized it was just too small. I spoke with Christopher and he agreed to send me a replacement shirt at no additional cost due to the low price of the item and cost of shipping not making it worth it. I will definitely come back and shop again here.

So I'm new into buying wholesale for my business and I stumbled upon you guys and I was skeptical at first but I went for it. You guys are great! You don't offer fabric samples so I had to buy like 7 different 100% polyester polos and I found two that I liked. I had let you guys know beforehand that I was only buying to feel the quality of the polo out and had let you know I was going to return it as soon as I was done. You guys were sorry for not providing samples and helped me out rapidly in the process of returns and questions I had. I did have to pay the shipping because there was no prepaid sticker but that's fine. I would recommend your services to others in a heartbeat. I look forward to do business with you guys in the near future. Thank you.

I ordered a women's lightweight pullover at an outstanding price and I love it. My golf league members all wanted the site address so they could get the same thing. When it was shipped separately from another item I bought I thought I had not gotten the complete order but it arrived the next day. Ordered two more in other colors and the customer service regarding shipping could not have been better. Great site.

After reading the reviews- that I wish I would've read BEFORE I ordered- I see I'm not alone in feeling like I've been ripped off! Same saga I am seeing here of requesting the Return Authorization- which I did MULTIPLE times by email with no response what so ever & MULTIPLE phone calls before I Finally reached someone & told them that I had been trying to contact them for a RA only to be told how they "Always promptly respond to emails" which I challenged by informing them I had the emails & would happily send them all again. He then told me he would send the RA which he ultimately did days later & I got the items shipped back. And that was the last I've ever been able to contact them. No refund was Ever received! Again No response to emails & nobody answers the phone. Needless to say I will Never order from them again Nor would I Ever recommend the company which is sad really because the items that I was able to keep were of very good quality & I couldn't find them anywhere else (at Any price).

Website claims that if you have an issue and need a refund you must request an RMA and they will send one within 24 hrs. I have 6 polos that were too big so I did just that. That was on Tue June 18. It is now Monday June 24th with NO RESPONSE after multiple emails asking for an update. 6 days with no response. PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS folks. This place does not deserve your business.

Fraud alert. This company is committing fraud. They sent me the wrong items and the refused to provide a refund of 86 after I shipped them back. After several attempts I had to report them for theft. They are operating under different names – Got Apparel and Bargain Tees.

Gotapparel is great website. I had ordered two similar products from 2different sellers and mistakenly requested to return the one from this seller (thinking it was the defective one but it was the other manufacturer thats defective) this manufacturer quickly approved a return. Fortunately, I realized my mistake shortly afterward and canceled the return.

Ordered two items on 12/28/18. Figured since it was New Year holiday it may be delayed. Today 1-8-19, decided to call since I had received no follow up emails other then the first one my order was placed. Spoke with a guy at *******678, said I was following up on my order and he said for Amazon & some other place, I said neither its Gotapparel. Gave him my invoice number, he says very matter of fact "oh that order was cancelled because its out of stock". Ok, well thanks for letting me know, your customer service is lacking. He was completely unfazed by this, a I don'T give a $#*! attitude !!

You think your going to get help, but the results are horrible.I purchased a Halloween costume, that was the wrong size. After contacting them. I immediately received a response for a refund. The bad news is that as I was returning this brand new item as it was received they expected me to pay $24 to send it back after I purchased it for $28.
After many attempts trying to get a better return option. I have been ignored up until this day. I still have this brand new item wrapped in it's original package stored away hoping to get this resolved l. They will not contact you by phone nor
by text to help you resolve your issue. You are forgoten and I would not recommend this site, unless your okay with losing out on cash. I would love to post all my sent messages but I can't. Maybe someday I hear from them, until then I will keep on trying.Mind you this was all done about two weeks prior to Hallooween. They are horrible, never will purchase from them again.
