Mugs are cheaply made and font is so small on personalized part that it is not readable – way smaller than looks on site

I recently bought mugs for a Christmas present for my sisters. However, the mugs that arrived were low quality and missing my sisters names on the bottom. I made a request to get a replacement and the replacement batch was also defective. Therefore, I have no trust in the company.

The mug was a hit. The pictures came out very bright. I should of order a bigger mug, however, she needs to cut back on the coffee, lol. Mom was very happy to see cartoon images of her grandkids.

Perfect work and got safe, secured with strong protective box and was delivered earlier.
I was trying to get in contact with them trying to cancel the order and reordering another one and they got back to me really quick and informed me my muy was already on the way and that鈥檚 way they couldn鈥檛 cancel the order. I鈥檓 impress on how responsable and quick this people was and besides that, I loved the product. It was a gift for my cousin, and she cried when she saw it, so, THANK YOU GOSSBY.COM

Ordered early in December and it arrived in Feb 2021. Not happy with the slow shipping of a Christmas ornament being delivered over month late.

This was my first time purchasing from Gossby. My husband bought me a mug from Gossby last year and I loved it so much, I ordered 2 as Christmas gifts. One arrived a bit blurry and once I reported it, I was well taken care of (even during the busy holiday rush). Thank you for making my order worry-free. I will definitely purchase more in the future!

Extremely happy with my mugs. I have bought several and will keep buying. Great gifts. Arrived in a reasonable time. Packaged well. My only wishes are we could add more people on the mug and add angel wings to whomever we choose.

I never received my order.

There was a delay in getting my order by Christmas, eventhough I placed my order prior to the Christmas cut-off date. I was kept abreast of the shipping situation and they actually arrived the day after Christmas, but for someone who has a child that believes in Santa, that delay caused some 'mommy dismay'. The cups came in and looked perfect…just wish they had made it on time. Would have given 5 stars….

I ordered 2 of these three girlfriends ornaments for myself and a friend in memory of a dear friend who died. They were perfect! The quality is great and I liked that I could pick and choose colors, hats, etc., to personalize them. My friend loved hers, too. We decided we would keep them out year round.

I cancelled the order immediately, they did not respond. When they did respond it was to process the order. I again contacted to say that I had cancelled, they agreed and still sent it and did not refund it, I Gave up. I will not make this mistake again.

Not only did I get it early it looked perfect! I got a mug for my mom in memory of my grandparents. I would recommend them.
