First, I had a phone call with a guy named Michael, who rolled out a pretty convincing argument as to why I should choose Gosite. He was being firm in his quest to close a deal right there on the phone. As I reminded him once again that I wanted to think about it and that I was going to be late to my client meeting and had to go, we decided to talk a couple days later. That was today. Between then and now, I received several calls from several companies trying to do similar marketing plans for me so I became skeptical and more assured that more research was the way to go. I tried telling the salesperson I wasn鈥檛 I interested right now but he kept pushing. Now, as soon as anyone tries to pressure me into a situation, I walk away. That鈥檚 when I told him, 鈥業鈥檓 sorry, but the answer is no and we won鈥檛 be discussing it further.鈥?THEN he sent me a very rude TEXT MESSAGE which you鈥檒l find below. Let me tell you, I was a firm maybe. FIRM. If he had any perception he鈥檇 have picked up on that, stood by his company鈥檚 quality and ability to do what I need, and let me come back on my own. Now what? How many customers look past Gosite after sales like this?
鈥淗ey [name], I would implore you to check out our reviews and compare them to any others. I looked up Monster Marketing and they barely have any reputation online. We have the best reputation in our industry and can go ahead and look us up. I do not think the way you went about this was very professional, but that is up to you. I felt like we wenth through pretty thouroughly and you saw the value for everything we could do and 94.50 is beyond a fair price, even at 189 its a steal. Still, I will not be calling you back and will no longer hold that promotion for you. Maybe other sales professionals are willing to " Call you back" but not me. Have a great rest of your year and I hope your yelp marketing strategy suddenly turns itself around somehow, thanks.鈥?br />
So not only did he insult a former potential customer but also the competition. I mean, what was the point of sending me a text?

Its been a month since signing up with Gosite. Still no website. They took my old site and copied it even though I told them do not use it. They don't know how to write or even copywrite. I personally spent hours working on the website changing pics and writing to have most of it taken down. Also I found out that the Alexa app wasn't setup.
They did fix my directory and had Siri setup.
They do somethings they say but failed on others. They charged my account but will not reimbursed me. I even told them to charge for what was done and reimburse me but they won't. I'm would not recommend them!!

I talked to Liam first thing in the morning, today, to get some assistance on my GoSite website. He was in a great mood that early in the morning; 7:00am(Pacific). He was professional, patient, and helpful. Liam is one of many examples of great customer service that I鈥檝e received from GoSite. Thank you for all of the help. My company is A Plus TR Cleaning we just started up with GoSite And we are so excited and we believe we made the right choice. there Team is very professional and helpful they hold my hand and walk me through step be step on setting up my platform and how to set up your reviews and contacts if I had any questions I would call sometimes they would pick up right away or there is a brief hold which I appreciate because my pass experience with other companies that made you feel like either no one cares and they got your money and move on to the next sucker but GoSite has a great Team and they show that they care , from the person that sign me up she has a great personality, if it wasn鈥檛 for her I probably wouldn鈥檛 have know that this is a great company and I wouldn鈥檛 had met Gabbi who was awesome and others like her and I love the way this company is building me for success even with the pandemic going around Thanks again Gosite I rate this company 5 stars 猸愶笍

This company is truly the worst! Waited over 3 months and $500 and couldn't even get hem to work on my site. This company is a scam! They lost 600 contact of mine and didn't want to compensate me. The design team uses templates so no free draft design. It honestly sounds like a bunch of kids in a startup in their garage! Which doesn't matter to me as long they do what they sold me on. They even tried to raise the price of my package 3 month in to a package I already had! Dont waist your time with GoSite. You will be dissapointed! ALL TALK NO SHOW! SCAM COMPANY!

Please don't use GoSite this is the worst thing you can use. They just want to sell and after they have you you are not taken care of. We have been waiting for our sites to be ready since four months ago and still waiting to have them finish. Paying $195.00 every month. I am so disappointed and stressed.

I want to update this review since we initially had a really disappointing experience with go site and they have improved in the last few weeks. You can see my original review below. Please see some of the tips that worked for us and helped us to improve our experience with GoSite, and finally allowed us to actually start taking advantage of their services.
Tip #1. Stick with one person to develop your website. Ask for the best and most knowledgeable of the web developers. Most of the web developers lack experience and web design skills.
After my last review full of frustration, I asked for one specific person to follow up with me to go over the edits we needed to make our new websites work. We had already live website with great quality and we wanted to maintain the properties of them. We want to get an even better website, and not to lower the standard. This worked after we finally was just directed with one web designer that actually understood what we needed. She has been great. She has even asked the technical team to develop some of the stuff/tools she needed to build the website with dynamic text etc. Only thing the turnaround time could be quicker. I guess she is too busy since the other web designers are lacking experience and skills.
Tip #2. Schedule your website follow ups with your agent ahead of time. Don't wait they have a very full schedule and are rarely free to take you call. Schedule with time.
Tip #3. Stick with one person for your technical support issues.
We also had followed up with just one person for all of the customer service/technical issues we encounter along the way. This has helped us a lot.
Stop allowing to be transferred and helped by different people every time. At first didn't know any better but actually you have to force them the way you want to run your GoSite Project instead of letting them lead. They don't lead well. Now we finally feel are on the right track and all responsibility to make this work is on us, the customer. GoSite still lacks skills to properly follow up with customers and take them to accomplishing the 'Going Live' Steps.
Tip #4
Ask for your agent's email and email them if you can reach them on the phone.
Overall all is going much better. I gave 3 stars because the turnaround is still quite long, and to set everything up is taking more than 2 months.

Very disappointed. They just want to sell and after they have you you are not taken care of. We have been waiting for our sites to be ready since two months ago and still waiting to have them finish. I have put so much time into giving feedback and helping them get this done and its a waste of time.
Also, their capabilities are limited very poor website builder. Looks old and not properly working.
I do not recommend this company.

I left Linknowmedia because they didn鈥檛 help with exposure, went to GoSite after serval calls from them stating they were going to do what others couldn鈥檛!
After four months I saw that my yelp calls had stop , I checked my yelp page and found that my website wasn鈥檛 there anymore!! They didn鈥檛 pay to have it transferred from Linknowmedia.
This was in December , fast forward they stated I would get two months for free and that at that point I could make the decision if I was going to stay with them. January and February were to be my free months. I got charged for January smh free February. I should of did my part by checking my bank account for the charge, that was my mistake. Finally got my money back for February, yet they charged me for March they didn鈥檛 ask me was I ready to keep there service they just went ahead and charged me!! After talking to one of there service team members she said she would take $15 off my monthly payment, so you know what happened this month before I could tell them I surly didn鈥檛 want nor need there service they charged me a day early and of course they didn鈥檛 take off the $15 . They haven鈥檛 helped my business not one bit ! I understand that $165.00 a month isn鈥檛 a lot for web exospore yet not to see any movement toward the black, I鈥檝e truly have lost business surrounding yelp I went from almost 20 to 50 leads to zero leads . Don鈥檛 use these guys you will be truly dissatisfied

Worst service ever! They dont answer there phones, they dont fix problems. They dont rank you at all. Stay away!
