Quite easy to work out which parking is most appropriate and I found one which was at a notably better rate in a closer location than the official Heathrow site.

Arrived and there was a problem with my reference number, it was not recognized. Staff member was helpful and sorted my problem straight away. Even though it was 4.30, in the morning, her customer service was excellent and she was polite and friendly. A good start to my holiday. Bus came in seconds. Was a bit crowded, but as it is only five minutes to the airport, this was not a problem really. The driver helped put people's luggage in the racks. On the return the bus pick up is right outside the exit of the airport building and we waited five minute's for the bus to arrive. Key collection was easy and we were away in five minutes. Also impressed with the price that I paid as it was by far the cheapest quote I had. Recommended.

Good price, easy to navigate website and high user ratings were the main reasons for the choice of gosimply.com for our Meet & Greet parking arrangement at Stansted Airport. So was a bit concerned to learn that the actual parking company had no record of our booking when we called them just ahead of our arrival at Stansted airport. To their credit, they did send someone along to pick up the car within quarter of an hour. It could have been tricky if we'd cut things fine at the airport. We were worried about how getting our car back would be on our return to the airport three days later. We did endure a longer than expected wait – some 20 mins. – between calling the operator and receiving the car, which was not ideal given the late hour.
