Their website address for help is false and will kickback.
It will say sorry we are unable to deliver your message to this site.
The 5 star reviews are fake.
They will take your money and that's it. PayPal guarantee is no help as they show PayPal false deliver confirmation. PayPal then walks away from it. Read PayPal's info on disputes. If there is delivery proof then you have no recourse. Ugh!

They charged me a different amount than was approved through their secure payment system. They then sent an email demanding payment via bank transfer within four days. They admit that it was their system that failed yet expect me to give up my consumer protection (bank transfers cannot be disputed as you can with mobile pay or card payments) and to do what no one should ever do – that is, send money because you get an email telling you to.

They advertise that you can buy the shipping label from them when you need to return a product. But when you try to do it; their system has always problems; and they cant give you one.

(I changed the review to a five star one, since they immediately come up with an explanation and fixed the problem. I like that they care about the reviews they receive. )

There was a lot of bureaucracy and unwillingness to take action from every part involved, when I wanted to return my Neato Botvac within guarantee time. Lots of do this do that, send us all the info, take photos, they do not accept forwarded mail, photos have to be specific formats. I somewhat understand this, because it needs to be sent to Germany, and they only have return policies with UPS. Unfortunately my conclusion has to be to buy my electronics locally, and definitely not from a 3rd party site.

Terrible service. I order some items that it keeps not showing up. It鈥檚 10th time I鈥檓 Getting an email from them that says they don鈥檛 have that item in the stock and can鈥檛 receive it until the 8th.
So I鈥檝e been waiting for a super long time.

Needs also to state her Lenna in particular and the mgt of the the KitchenOne.se have done their professional deeds to get that issue being resolved.

I bought on 21.Dec.2016 Bosch MSM881X2 blender, and the promise was that the product would be delivered after 8 working days and today is 30.Jan. 2017 and nothing was delivered.
