Received the products but took more than three weeks. I chose to pay for shipping rather than getting the free, slow service. Still it took time. They blamed it on the distributor/shipping company, PostNord, which could be true but as a consumer I'm not happy – and I was not given any recognition (discount on next purchase, free shipping or any other courtesy) after comunicating with their "customer service". I might use them again if the price is right and I'm in no rush. But impressed? Not.
