Its honestly so disappointing. Ive joined with them with high expectations (cause a beauty guru send them free makeup samples and said i think they give everyone these!) and i got no samples nor good service. Ive had an situation where i bought shoes in the size 6 and the photo they provided when i received the package was size 7. Apparently they took a photo of the wrong shoes and they ensured me it was size 6 which it was, still left me feeling uneasy about them. Yeh its cool when they've emailed you when they've received your package, but when i received them i was just like? Where is the bubblewrap to protect all my little items. Mind you, the box was half full, so who knows how much it tumbled everywhere. Overall, wouldn't recommend them, rather Shipito to be honest.

Super high shipping rates! They also don't tell you this until they've already purchased the package for you! Pay the $130 Aus shipping fee or lose your $220 item. Highway robbery, totally unfair.

EXORBITANT SHIPPING COSTS AVOID!!! They will get your package and send it on ok, that part is fine i don't have an issue there. The problems start when they receive your item and you calculate the exorbitant costs to send it to your country. You can sign up for free membership however when your shipping costs are calculated the economy services are all conveniently "not available" and you're forced to choose a more expensive shipping option or they want a ridiculous $100 US to upgrade your membership to receive the sort of rates you should have got in the first place. Another con is when the item is in your locker it has the dimensions and weight shown and somehow one item i had sent went from weighing .42kg at delivery to 1.45kg when they calculated shipping so i'm forced into paying international shipping costs on 1kg of what?? bubblewrap?? what a F$%^ing joke!! They also want you to pay for a photo so you can see what your item looks like. NEVER AGAIN!

I set up my locker and ordered all my products to them, this went fine.
I then released everything and paid for DHL Express shipping.
Tow weeks late the items we finally shipped and I got tracking details.
These details didn't work for DHL so I opened a chat.
Turns out they had elected to use USPS as the carrier, the cheapest option available for my order.
I have now been chasing them for 2 further weeks to see about a refund and have them explain why they messed up the shipping and selected to use a different carrier, so far I have hit a brick wall with the obviously outsourced chat support and the ticketing system that doesn't work.
