Gorilladeal

I ordered the moon light in November and my money was taken straight away. As I have not received the item , I sent various polite emails asking for a return of my money. Disappointingly, they have not refunded my money and they have not even had the decency to respond to any of my emails. Please avoid for poor customer care and the fact they have kept my money. Shame on you Gorilladeal…I wasn't rude to you once in my emails. 🙁

Cowboys. Ordered a product from their website, money was taken the same day and nearly 3 weeks later I鈥檓 still waiting for it with no confirmation of shipping or any communication whatsoever. Their only point of contact is an email address/Facebook page and they don鈥檛 respond to either. They delete negative feedback from both websites. I have spoken to several other people that have had the same problem, some have received their products but it has taken well over a month/6 weeks with no apology. AVOID!
