Gorilla Sports

Had one product in back order so they said they'd deliver it later. Ended up not getting any products at all since they didn't send what they had in stock and now it also is in back order. One month after order I have no products and they still have my money.

Ordered on 24th March
The actual item arrived on 23rd April
I tried to communicate with company several times the response each time was wait a few days
The item is great but when I ordered you where taking orders and took money immediately but you obviously didn鈥檛 have the item in stock
Twice I requested a refund which was ignored
Notification on website of long delays or no stock should be updated

I am totally disappointed with this company as I ordered a set of dumbells on the 19th March, they took payment on Amazon and order was accepted.

I was eagerly waiting for them until now and I today received an email from the company that when I placed the order their systems were not on check with stocks and therefor can no longer take my order and delivery it.

Very upsetting as they informed me so late and all dumbells are now out of stock elsewhere!

Very poor service and will definitely not place any more orders with this company

Had a very pleasant experience, excellent communication (despite being solely over email) and willingness to accommodate my requests.

I just bought two new 10kg hand weights from Gorilla. Seems to be very fine quality and I enjoy using them at home and improving my muscles fast 🙂
