I ordered a beard buddy may 8th and haven't received it yet. I've tried getting information and then finally a refund, but they stopped responding to me in july. I wouldn't trust them.

You guys are the most pathetic company ever and obviously a SCAM. Order #14973 in April and still no product. Been sitting in some warehouse for 5 months while you rake in honest peoples money. You are a frikken joke. LOL and offer me 40% on my next order. Why would I buy any thing if I am never to receive it

horrible to deal with, ordered an item and received something else. I asked for a refund and got nothing. Total waste of time and money

I ordered a product for my lawn because I saw their advertisement for that and seemed to me so cool but took so long to get it and after that I got just some plastic empty spray cans without any seeds in it and so useless. There was a satisfaction warranty sign when I ordered it but when I sent them an email and told them I want to return those items they said they can鈥檛 do it because the product was in sale!!!!!!!!
I totally feel they鈥檝e ripped me off and strongly don鈥檛 recommend them to anyone.
Please stay away from them since they don鈥檛 care about their costumers.

I ordered the product that helps in your lawn, it took a while to come from
China and 1/2 the item is missing, tried to contact the company and heard nothing back. On their site it says 24/7 help, we鈥檒l where is it.

I have ordered a product from them.
but when it arrived, the packaging was damaged and the product was also damaged and did not work.
When I wrote to them and said I was not satisfied. I was told that I had to try and repair it myself. so all in all a bad experience. i Will not recommend useing Them.
