Nothing wrong with the product but Customer Service appalling. Had to return top for a refund (too small) which was authorised by EU Customer Service on 7 Jan but no refund to credit card as at 14 Feb. Dreadful! Apparently refunds (mine's 拢200+) come from Finance in the US and they're ignoring UK/European customers. Nothing EU based Customer service can do. Appalling behaviour.
