If you by online a product and for any reason you want to return the product, in Romania the law says you can return the product in 14 days and receive the money back if you are not satisfied and the product is perfectly functional and in good state, the gorenje.ro company has a policy to cut 10% of the value of the product, for no reason. You have to report them first ti the customer's protection institution to get all the money back. Be carefull if you want to buy gorenje products online
