We had a terrible problem with a Houzz order and reached out to this company because we were told by Houzz that our order was coming from them. It turns out, GoreDean Home did not sell what we had purchased from Houzz. But they got Houzz on the phone, tracked down our order and got it resolved for us.
We ended up buying sheets from them later and we not only got the sheets but instructions on how to care for them. Love this place!
