I own a Windstopper jacket with zip off sleeves. Unfortunately on one of my cycles into the mountains I lost one of the sleeves. I contacted Gore Apparel's customer care team who couldn't have done more for me. They managed to find a spare sleeve for my jacket and sent it to me free of charge. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Worst customer service ever – be careful ordering products from this shop.

I bought a pair of Gore's 3/4 bib shorts (these would have been my third pair), but the gripper tape on this latest version wouldn't stay in place and the legs rode up to the knee every time.
Gore replied to emails with glacial slowness, then insisted on photographs, then, after two weeks finally said they would do nothing for me.
These people are just shifting packages in warehouses – they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or the Gore brand.
And by the way, I wonder if Gore does – this new pair showed VERY obvious signs of cost-cutting. Cheap, shoddy work, dodgy stitching and thinner material, not to mention the wholly ineffective gripper tape.
Avoid!

Update: since this was written I have tried other Gore bibb shorts and discovered that the current stock or run of element 3/4 tights are all like this.

Their phone number 00800 4508 4508 is not working at all (I've tried 20 times over 3 days).
Replies on email are useless.
I strongly recommend not to use goreapparel.co.uk (far better with any other UK online shop)

I had a very very bad issue with their products. I got blood a lot from running while wearing their jacket so I email to tell them. They not even feel sorry for what happen but also said told me like I make up the story.
