I am a repeat customer at this place and previously have had excellent customer service. Today I turned up for a new tyre fitting, booked via Black Circles to be told to wait outside and that the reception area was closed. That was without prior warning, so I spent 25 minutes outside under a leaking canopy. Its good to protect your employees from Coronavirus etc, but what about your customers? Its not good enough.

Just taken our car in for service and MOT. Got a call to say they had broken two wheel nuts and they couldnt fix it. Arrived at the Garage (Wakefield) and was told we would have to take it elsewhere to get if sorted. Charged me for service and was told they couldnt MOT it and my wife would have to drive it with two wheels with nuts missing Didnt even apologise Poor service to say the least. Would be intrested in there comments if they ever bother to read this

First class, quality service. Genuine & honest company (I use the Stanley garage, Wakefield) and don鈥檛 try to rip you off, in fact often fix minor issues without cost! Taken a long time to find a garage that I can 100% trust. Definitely recommend for any work, MOT鈥檚 services etc鈥?and prices very competitive.
