I thought it was coming with the tube included, but that did not arrive. Way too expensive to come without it, and bad endings on the fabric.

I want to tell you that I am not happy with my order. The big blind was defective and the opening mechanism did not work. We had to repair it. The gray cover on the left side is broken, I don't know if it is a factory or transport defect. The product is not responsible for the quality you guarantee.
I don't know if I can claim compensation for the time we lost to fix the problem.

Excellent price/quality relationship (Plooigordijn – Masi 34 grass green). We ordered it for the livingroom and it looks great. It also isolates from the cold air that comes through the ventilation systems in the windows. The delivery time was very quick, and the cloth was not wrinkled, so they were ready to hang.

Long delivery times 6-7 weeks. Quality below expectations- example: a single curtain, to save material they would stitch together two batches of material. This creates a stiffness and visible gap in the curtain. Cheap approach to what is supposed to be a quality curtain. Quality of material is also below expectation, feels stiff and artificial even though we chose a quality one. All in all disappointed and won鈥檛 be shopping here again.
