I love Psyko Fit challenges. They are challenging workouts that are easy to modify for my physical limitations. The greatest thing about Psyko fit is the amazing community that holds you accountable. You can invite your friends or like me, meet some new friends on your fitness level. During covid Psyko fit stepped up when gyms were closed, and helped me stay mentally and physically strong!

Psykofit has been instrumental in transforming from just a running, focused on cardio to someone who has reduced body fat and increased muscle. The workouts definitely elevated my strengthening game.
The assigned workouts helped to structure my routine and gave me more options for an at home workout.

Koach Will @ Psyko Fit will change your life!!! I鈥檓 self motivated and usually of the mindset that I don鈥檛 need a coach. I choose to stick with Psyko because Will gets to know my goals, my home gym, even the resources like my park near by and gives me focused workouts to improve my running specific goals. I just started week 4 of 2-A days challenge and I鈥檝e improved my 5k time from 23:51 to 23:10, look better, feel better, and breathe better. The Psyko Tribe, challenges, challenger interaction, and FB Live sessions all keep you engaged and supported no matter what your skill level is. I mean for real, if you鈥檙e going to invest to better yourself, you might as well do it with an amazing coach with a guarantee of having fun and feeing motivated! Not to mention being Healthier!!!

My struggle has always been motivation. I typically do well in group settings, but with COVID, I had to seriously find a way to workout on my own. PsykoFit has done just that! I have a dedicated coach in Koach Solomon, a killer workout regiment and with the challenges, I鈥檓 motivated to workout on a regular basis! I鈥檓 down 13 lbs. since starting the workouts and I definitely feel leaner and stronger. Thanks Koach!
