I use Hello Fresh for the last year which delivers fresh groceries for the week with recipes. It suits me as I have health issues so balanced diet fresh cooking and I dont have to go out for food which at the moment with covid isnt possible for me anyway. Hello Fresh used to deliver via dpd which were always reliable and consistent with the delivery service. But switched to Gopher recently and in the short month or so where they took over two of my weekly shops have never arrived. I recieved no updates on either orders and it was only through tracking at the end of the day when I'm unable to organise replacement food where I find out. Disappointing service and ruined my feelings towards hello fresh with zero sympathy or compensation from hello fresh or gophr. A once fantastic service tainted by a service that cannot deliver fresh produce.

Brilliant service – we use it whenever we need anything couriered. Simple online booking and tracking and good value. It's the way forward.

A friend with a serious heart condition who was attending the Cheltenham festival had left his pills behind in London. I downloaded the GOPHR app at 8.30pm and booked a courier to deliver them the following morning. I received a call at 9:30pm from David, the courier assigned, who having seen he was transporting medicine asked would I prefer him to take the package down that night, which I did.
Definitely over and above the call of duty as it was a very windy night and took him 3 rather than the normal 2 hours arriving at 12.30am so he no doubt returned home at 4am.

Very useful and reliable courier service, one that works really well. When the job is booked and the driver is selected on time, and does a direct and rush job, then the delivery arrives on time.

However many times drivers were not available within the needed time (5 min to find a driver should be the maximum a customer needs to wait) jobs took a while to be picked up.

In contrast the Gopher staff answering live on their chat is really helpful. They were always able to fix problems and find solutions. Will be using this service again.
